Made this piece years ago but it took me some time until I wanted to teach it and some time to share here. Sometimes you just gotta let it sit until it feels right.

Dragon’s Den 2026🐉
S21 E1

I had the incredible opportunity to choreograph and perform on Dragon’s Den this season. Such a surreal experience to be a part of and step into an iconic Canadian show.

A huge thank you to @thespiceking for trusting me with incorporating dance into your pitch and bringing me into the spice fam! 🔥 Congratulations on a successful pitch and may all the good fortune come your way!

To my amazing dancers @kelfinch_ @mackenzie.lau @is4sanch3z : thank you for your talent, hard work and performance. So grateful to have had such a wonderful team and to share this experience with you all.

Lastly thank you to @cbcdragon for being our host and showcasing dance in your show. Through all the producers, Dragon Investors, backstage hands, the camera, sound and audio crew that I did not get a chance to meet; your work is so seen and appreciated. Cheers to another 21 years of showmanship!

The R&B Tour 💫

Such an exciting experience getting to join the stage with @usher for a quick minute during their time in Toronto. Thank you so much @getbacklit for bringing us this opportunity. Making dreams come true 💫

A big shoutout to my fellow dancers. Not only for tearing up the stage but also for those who went the extra mile in the background. From making sure we all got wristbands, the ones who offered us seats when we didn’t have one and kept the vibe alive all throughout the days. I’m so grateful for the kindness I saw this week. The community really showed 🫶🏻
