3 years of CrossFit 🩵 I wish I would have started sooner! I remember walking in on the first day, so sacred and feeling so weak. I have met the most amazing people and have been blessed with the best gym communities. Some of my very best friends and greatest memories came from crossfit. Most importantly that’s where I met my best friend and future hubby Palmer!! Here’s to many more years of pushing my body!! by @rose___baker
