What is Tempo & Tone?? As one friend said 🍑bootcamp x 💃🏻 therapy. A fusion of movement styles, set to fun, loud, eclectic music. An hour of escape for all bodies…modifiable…no fitness or dance experience necessary, just come as you are and move like no one’s watching. $I am so grateful for this one precious life and the people I get to share it with, in these beautiful places I call home. February reminded me that health is wealth…Mom suffered a T12 vertebral fracture, and I was fortunate to have the opportunity to fly home with her for a brief trip…she does not need surgery, and is on the mend ❤️‍🩹 thanks to family and our family of friends who rallied around to support her 🙏🏽 by @rose_appel$

December was a blur of beautiful moments & influenza. The holidays did not go as planned…but then, what ever does? There is nothing like weeks of illness to remind us health is wealth 💛 and truly nothing more healing than your bestie flying in to celebrate your return to health with hikes, kite sessions, and endless talks over coffee, chocolate and flan. by @rose_appel
