Been drowning in life it feels like. Tryna remember that the wheel is always turning in my favor, and that's been keeping my whimsy alive a bit 🎡

Saturn 🪐 returns, shadows appear, I've made a ritual into dancing with mine as I step through all the ooey gooey feels this transit shifts 🌌 among some of the reflecting I've been appreciating the many lessons flow has brought along my path: patience, practice but almost most importantly, PLAY. When I boil it all down, I usually come back to a freeing sense of play. I'm grateful to have found a passion that always leads me back to my Self at the end of the day.
Enjoy some late night @joshuatreemusicfestival flow, tunes added for your enjoyment I was spinning to the sound of the dirt under my soles ✨🙏🏼

Post 111: the number of new beginnings. With 2/17 marking the start of Year of the Rising Horse, and coinciding with the new moon Tuesday, there's an abundance of new energy coming in. I've been staying away from socials and sitting with the last of the Snake shedding this past month: recognizing habits and patterns that no longer serve my higher purpose, making efforts to release those things in gratitude for the ways they may have served me in the past, but acknowledging that they no longer have space on my journey forward. Reflecting on the many versions of "Rosey" that I've shared over the last 100+ posts, a decade of tapping into different flow arts, love, travel, trial, change. It feels like I've lived many lifetimes in my nearing 30 years earth-side, and knowing that my path is guiding me into the shadows of myself this year as Saturn returns to my center station again, it feels powerful to say I'm confidently walking into the unknown darkness that the future holds. Like many people in my life, I've lost a good many souls to death already, and at the end of 2025, I lost 3 people in a very short amount of time. That harsh reminder to cherish every moment while you can, because nothing is ever guaranteed. I may have never imagined being here-side this long in life, but I am happy to keep the silly goofy times rolling while I'm around. Thank you to all the lil guys, beans, silly goose and clowns in my life that keep me afloat, it's the love of those around me that keep me going. ✨🫰🏻✨
If you made it this far, you a trooper, blessing the TL with some oldies from the archives, and some more recent

No trickery here, I found some extra friends dancing around the flames with me recently. What a lovely visual representation of how we all mirror each other's light
🕯️🪞🕯️ As I've been reflecting on the "shedding" 2025 brought on, I've continued to find myself circling back to insurmountable gratitude for the community in my company.
A space that has spawned moments of vulnerability, which could have broken the strongest, and birthed in its wake a healing that transcends lifetimes. Through this time of dark reflection, pain has become a pathway and I'm regaining my footing on this uncertain journey ahead. I walk into 2026 hand-in-hand with all of my fear. As I (semi-regularly at my own discretion) wield one of the most volatile elements and tame her into a partner in art, I'm reminded time-and-again the power I hold in the making of my own life. And the true mastery of it all, is all the people I've collected along the way who fan my flame, stoke my embers, and embrace me as I come each day. What a privilege it is to consciously choose who receives access to your light, that finite energy which radiates from each of us to another. What an honor to find somewhere fear can be transmuted into safety. A delicate dance made up of choices, find me choosing to be where the worries can't touch me.

Cheers 🥂

Like my flow here, life has been messy. Chaotic. Heavy. The last couple of months have been filled with loss, big shifts, missteps, redirections and grief. A lot of grief. In the darkness of this New Moon in Scorpio, the second to last new moon of the year, I'm struggling. I'm not ready for this next season, but the seeds need to be planted. I'm scared, but I'm continuing along my path despite any of that. Maybe I'm sharing this in hopes that my friends will be gentle with me, as I remember how to be gentle with myself. Maybe I just needed a reminder that being real, raw and vulnerable is what this journey is all about. All I know is, I don't know and that I don't know what I know. 🤡

Just shy of 10 years spinning in circles. Through all the waves I have continued to find my way back to it.

Happy (late) world circus day 🎪 This art form has saved my life countless times over the last 9.5 years, it honestly blows my mind sometimes. I'll forever be grateful for the silly plastic circle that helped to heal so many parts of me. ✨ by @rose_in_flames_

One of my favorite candid moments from @flowstormtx was lil Cranberry greeting me from the air, she was a wild lady. I can't wait to share more from this magical weekend ✨ I'm so grateful to have learned from so many talented teachers 🫶🏼
