Bespoke Wedding Stationery 🌱

This collection is from a recent bespoke order, and I’m absolutely in love! It all came together so well, and the wedding invite suite works beautifully. My couple went for an invite, and bespoke map, bound together in vellum and a wax seal. The venue is so stunning so we wanted this to be the main focus. 💌

✨ Why I started… and why I still do it! ✨

It all began nearly 10 years ago, designing my own wedding invitations — not knowing it would lead to this little dream of mine 💌

What started as a side hustle has grown into a full-time business that now supports my family (and my biggest motivation — my son, Gus 💕). I feel so lucky that this work allows me to choose my hours, work from home (soon to be my new office 👀), and be there to watch him grow. Quotes and emails are often squeezed into evenings and nap times — so we really do appreciate a reply, even if it’s just a quick “no thank you,” as they can take a lot of time to prepare ❤️

Over the years, my style has evolved, my business has grown, and I’ve had the absolute joy of being part of your wedding days — something that will always feel so special. 🥹✨

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who’s supported me, shared kind words, left reviews, and trusted me with your wedding stationery. You’ve made this possible — and I can’t wait to design even more beautiful pieces for the love stories still to come 🤍

I absolutely adored working on this recent semi bespoke gate fold invite! 💌

It is a variation on my popular Flora design, with extra roses added in. We also added in this crest to the front of the gate, with matching flowers!

Inside the flowers continue, with my couples venue illustrated in watercolour. We designed a bespoke map for them last year, which was C&C save the date!

I think the whole collection work’s beautifully together! 💌

I absolutely loved receiving these wonderful photos from L&D wedding day!

Lucy and David chose my Flora with Roses design, but we adjusted the colours to compliment their colour theme. We added a watercolour venue drawing of @lapstonebarn too, which we used on the invite and the on the day stationery.

A little reminder if you’re planning a 2027 wedding 💕

If you’re hoping to send your wedding invitations between January and March, now is a really good time to get in touch. Although it probably feels early, this is actually when my diary starts to fill. Every year, enquiries begin to pick up from September, and by Christmas I’m usually fully booked for the first few months of the following year. This year I had to say no to quite a few lovely couples, which I hate!

If you’re hoping for a bespoke design, a watercolour venue illustration or a map, these all need to be designed before Christmas so everything is ready for your invitations at the start of the year. As each one is created from scratch, I can only take on a limited number each season to make sure every couple gets the time and attention they deserve.

I do still have availability at the moment, so if you’ve been thinking about getting started, I’d love to hear from you. I’m also really looking forward to having a little more space from September, as Paul will be joining me much more in the business. It means I’ll be able to spend even more time doing what I love whilst (hopefully!) helping more wonderful couples along the way.

If you’ve got a 2027 wedding and January to March is your invitation window, this is just a little nudge not to leave it too long. I always hate having to turn people away, so I’d love to make sure you don’t miss out 💌 by @roseandbeaudesigns

Our current collection 💌

Whilst we finish up the professional photos, I wanted to share a little look at our current collection of wedding invitations!

All of these designs are shown as flat invitations, but they can also be adapted into a gatefold style. Flora with Roses isn’t here, but it’s def not going anywhere!

There are lots of new designs in the collection, too! Polly, Rosie, Wren, Evelyn, Betsy and Samantha are all new additions, whilst Tabby and Ivy have had a little glow up.

I’ve brought together some of my most loved designs, with updated colours, fresh layouts and a few new styles. You’ll find plenty of wildflowers and pretty details, alongside some simpler, venue led designs for those who prefer something a little less floral.
And, of course, I’m always thinking about what to create next, so there will no doubt be more additions along the way!

A little note on timings: I’ll be closing my books for invitations needed before Christmas later this week. If you’re hoping to have your invitations ready by then, please do get in touch as soon as possible. 💌 by @roseandbeaudesigns

A recent bespoke wedding invite I designed for one of my lovely couples 💕

The brief was for a winter wedding, but no obvious Christmas colours! So dark greens, creams and the palest of pinks. The foliage and delicate flowers, grown from the bottom of the page, with a watercolour venue drawing of the venue. Also one of my signature flower crests features on the front of the gate fold invite.

The result is a very elegant and pretty invite, and perfect for a winter wedding!

Introducing, Evelyn 🌱

One of my new collections launching soon. Delicate hydrangeas and foliage grow up the side of this wedding invitation. A venue drawing can be added, but this is totally up to you!

Like all my designs, the flowers can change colour. So if blue isn’t your colour, and pinks are for example, we can change them.

The whole collection will be coming soon, but I am super pleased with this design, so wanted to show it!

Bespoke 🌱

I absolutely loved working with Sophie & Elliott. An incredibly lovely couple, and such a wonderful brief to work with.

From their main wedding invites to their on the day stationery, everything was cohesive and elegant. Featuring flowers that mean something to them as a couple, and their watercolour venue drawing.

On the front of the gate fold, they opted for a little posy of flowers instead of initials, and this worked so well. Creating an elegant and sophisticated invite, but still with a little nod to my whimsical style!

The Joy Collection 🌱

Working with R&W on all their stationery was wonderful! An incredibly lovely couple to work with, who had a clear vision for their stationery.

For their invites, they chose a bespoke watercolour wedding map, and featured their church illustration on the main invite. We then followed through with this design throughout their on the day stationery, with a few added stripes and cocktail illustrations!

If you love venue illustrations but feel flowers are a bit much for you, then my collection like Joy works perfectly. An elegant and traditional design, the allows the venue to take centre stage! by @roseandbeaudesigns

Introducing Betsy 🌸

One of our first new designs to be added to our House Collection.

Pastel summer flowers, including sweet peas, foxgloves, roses, cosmos and beautiful green foliage.

This wedding invite is a combination of all our most popular wedding invites! Elegant, and delicate, but a fun side. We have 7 new designs coming this autumn, and the website will be updated to include these. Which means we are saying goodbye to a few old faithfuls!

The Olive Collection 🌱

I illustrated and designed these invites for C&J earlier in the year. They chose my Olive design, which features just the venue illustration and the information. They wanted the venue to be the main focus with a little bit of surrounding landscape, and it worked beautifully at the top of their invite!

We added a watercolour illustration of their doggie to their details card, with an order of the day on the reverse. Finished with chocolate brown envelopes, it came together so well!

If you’re interested in invites but not overly sure on florals, then I have designs especially for this! I’d say around half of the invites I do have no flowers! So please don’t think I just do flowers. I specialise in watercolour illustration, and everything is created by hand!

I’m almost fully booked for the remainder of the year, but I am booking for Jan & Feb now 💌 taken in Glewstone Court Country House by @roseandbeaudesigns
