DIY custom foam boards!
2 - 2x6 foam boards with adhesive design.

I will create more designs to get more familiar with it and help my granddaughters start their own foam boards company 🤔🥰

Congratulations to my niece Trinity on her high school graduation. She was truly celebrated these last few weeks! Now on to nursing school!!

She was thrilled to have gotten a car as her gift. 🥹

Her parents @freeneyboy and @slimyah are so proud of her!

Self Care Sunday was in full effect today and I have zero regrets!

First stop: @dolledbydaysi for a fresh set of individual lashes (obsessed!). Then it was nails and pedi time with my ride-or-die nail tech of 10+ years @seasonofnailandskincare After that, a lunch with my husband and finally home to tint my brows using Daysi’s henna brow kit!

Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Unplug. Unwind. Recenter. That’s how we pour back into ourselves and show up fully for the week ahead.

Take care of you—always.

Fashion is one of the most exciting elements we incorporate when planning PMUcon! The ladies truly enjoy curating their looks for all the different events we host.

@theeyecatcherstudio theeyecatcherstudio absolutely nailed this retro-inspired ensemble, and it was hands down one of my personal favorites! I love a good throwback look, and she delivered it flawlessly. ❤️

We flew back to Houston from California on Sunday and went straight from the airport to work at TSU. With Research Week kicking off on Monday, we had to jump right into setting up the first day of programming! And what better way to begin than by sharing the incredible story of Mrs. Henrietta Lacks?

If you don’t know her story, I encourage you to take the time to learn about her. This extraordinary woman unknowingly contributed to groundbreaking medical advancements that have saved and continues to save lives. Her impact is immeasurable and she didn’t know it. Her great granddaughter was there to tell her incredible story.
