💚Matcha & Manuscripts🖤

I’m terrible at social media.
Coming up with post ideas, remembering to stay consistent; all that shit sucks to me lol.
But after the hell that the last few weeks have been for me, I’m going to make a conscious effort to be better.

So here’s a little matcha & manuscripts! This morning, I went to my favorite shop, and worked on chapter 3.
My forever matcha order is an iced matcha latte with oat milk, light ice, and strawberry syrup. It’s so yummy!

I also sent out some fun swag to a reader 🖤

Hello Chaos Darlings,

I need to address the concerns surrounding some of the commissioned character artwork I’ve shared over the past several months.

When the first allegations against delilah_monroe__ were brought to my attention, I did what I believed was the responsible thing to do—I looked into the claims, requested a video process of her work, and considered the source of the accusations. At the time, the claims came from accounts that themselves appeared to be promoting AI-generated artwork or approached the conversation in a hostile way and refused to provide proof. Based on the information I had, and the fact that I had multiple artists who vetted her work as authentic, I believed her.

I was wrong.

One more person approached me, from a place of love and genuine concern, and brought receipts. After reviewing and spiraling, I no longer feel confident that the artwork I commissioned aligns with the standards I expect for my myself and for my work.

I have reached out to affected parties, and am working on new art to replace the pieces.

For those who ordered through The Crafty Bookstore, my goal is to work with them to get new prints out to those readers. It will take time as I am out nearly $1k between the commission and the graphics designs/printing costs.

I want to be clear that I did my due diligence before commissioning this work, and again when concerns were first raised. I acted based on the information I had at the time, and when that information changed, so did my response.

To the one person who reached out respectfully, thank you. And thank you for putting me in contact with another person in the same boat. I appreciate the patience and evidence, and I’m committed to making this right.
