A playful room that will grow up with him. I love a retro aesthetic for boys. It’s fun without being too twee. #kidsbedroom #childrensbedroomdecor #boysroom by @rosedalehouseinteriors

For me, I’ve always wanted my home to look like it’s always been here. A collection of my favourite pieces on display in a space that is welcoming and warm. @oka helps me to deliver that every time. #MyOKAhome #OKA #OKAHome #MyHomeStyle by @rosedalehouseinteriors

When serenity is the goal, this is my go-to formula:
Tongue and groove panelling that hugs the room with timeless charm — like it’s always belonged. Finished in Farrow & Ball’s Skylight. This Ensuite whispers serenity, with soft mood lighting to soothe the senses.

Follow for peaceful interiors, heritage textures, and colour palettes that breathe. #TongueAndGroove #FarrowAndBallSkylight #SereneSpaces #CalmBathroomDesign #MoodLighting #InteriorCharm #EnsuiteInspo #SoftBlueSanctuary #DesignThatHugs #TranquilHome by @rosedalehouseinteriors

🌸 Wandering through the cobbled dreams of Cisano, Lazise & Bardolino — where every street corner looks like it’s been kissed by sunshine and painted by poets. 💫✨

📍Lake Garda: proof that fairytales do exist.

Creating a blissful retreat in the home using the most stunning Farrow and Ball colour - SKYLIGHT. A beautifully soft and serene blue that instantly evokes a sense of calm. Using 8ft MDF tongue and groove panelling floor to ceiling and a 1000x1000m Calacatta marble tile created a larger space than what I had to work with. Simple wall lights from Dunelm and Croydex fixtures helped to elevate the space and all within budget. Thanks to @nethercotes_ for their professional advice in sourcing the tiles and shower enclosure. by @rosedalehouseinteriors

When our original render failed we had to make some pretty big decisions, fast! We were limited to what we could replace it with as we didn’t want to risk cracks and damp staining again. We have gone for a wet dash mixed with lime cement to create a textured effect that looks older and more authentic. This is a really sturdy finish that will be painted in time. Now to add gates and get the place looking pretty again….

We are still at the hacking off stage which is certainly noisy, dusty and dirty but it’s so brilliant to see the work started and we are looking forward to a fresh, new render ahead. Anyone in the middle of a Reno project - hang in there! It’s worth it in the end!

It’s happening…anyone with any render experience, stories or knowledge (positive or otherwise) please pass them on! Our render was 8 years old and unfortunately failed. We have just started the hacking off process and already looking forward to the finished look. Eating dust at the minute!!!
