18-year-old me would be so proud. We set this goal and kept going, no matter the obstacles along the way. I’m so grateful to have made it this far in my journey, with only 6 months left to go. Let’s finish strong 🖤

Three things I learned and have been reflecting on as a PT student this past semester:

The physical therapy profession offers endless opportunities to grow — not just professionally, but mentally and personally as well. 💯

Welcome to my new page as a Student Physical Therapist (SPT)!

Join me on this journey where I’ll be sharing life as a DPT student — from the ups and downs of PT school to all things movement, rehab, and fitness.

We’ve officially earned our white coats, which means clinicals are here, and it’s time to start applying what we’ve learned in real-life settings. I couldn’t be more excited to bring you along, share tips, and give you an inside look at what it’s like to be a student in the world of physical therapy and patient care.

Let’s move, learn, and grow together! 💪🏽🩺 #SPT #DPTJourney #WhiteCoatReady #HybridDPT by @roseee.dpt

Officially White Coated as a Student Physical Therapist 🩺 #dptloading
__________

Here’s to the past year — the beginning of a new chapter as an SPT. My heart is overflowing with joy and gratitude for how far I’ve come. God’s favor has guided every step of this journey, and I truly couldn’t have made it without Him. ❤️

The amount of hard work, sweat, and tears we’ve pushed through this past year is crazy… but every bit of it was worth it.

I’m officially at the halfway point of PT school, and I’m so excited (and nervous!) to finally step into clinic and start applying everything I’ve been learning.

Here’s to the next chapter 🩺❤️

Loving every part of this journey—the struggle and all 💗 This lab immersion taught me so many valuable techniques! Getting that hands-on experience is truly my favorite part of PT school. Each step brings me closer to my goal, and I’m here for it 🩺
