for me, it’s the people that keep me coming back. A tour guide passionately quoting a girl’s journal from the era of occupied Paris, a shopkeeper writing out a receipt by hand, a chef describing his favorite way to whisk; Paris is the most romantic city in the world and it’s the kind of romance that permeates more than just the lovers. 💗 by @roseeposey

what a season it’s been. Chances are if I’ve talked to you on the phone recently I’ve cried, both from sadness and happiness; I’m so grateful for the chapter of life I’m in, and all that has come with it. I’ve had the best coffee of my life, baked my best cinnamon rolls, and watched more noir double features than I ever thought I could in a few weeks time. Autumn only comes once a year, but when it does, it’s overwhelmingly beautiful every time 🍂 ✨ by @roseeposey

one of my favorite moments when I was in Paris this last week was being in a tiny wine bar with mostly women, when “Dreams” by Fleetwood Mac came on. All conversation ceased once the chorus hit and everyone sang along; it was an electric feeling singing along with people whom moments beforehand I couldn’t hold a conversation with due to my lack of French.
