The Experience… what an experience it truly was.When Dee of Daydream Events reached out and asked me to be part of this collaboration, my answer was immediately yes. Her vision was one I’ve been waiting to bring to life for so long — and of course, anything centered around green florals already has my heart.I know I probably sound like a broken record, but the relationships built within the wedding and events community are truly something indescribable. After last night’s soirée at Kingdom of the Hawk for the WIPA CT event, I woke up feeling incredibly grateful to be part of this amazing world we call the event industry. From familiar faces to meeting new friends, it’s truly hard to put into words how blessed I feel.Growing up in this industry, I used to watch my parents attend these extravagant events. As I got older, I joined them — always learning, always inspired, always humbled by the opportunities and relationships this world creates. Last night brought me right back to those memories, but this time, I found myself building my own friendships, partnerships, and opportunities, which felt so incredibly special.I called my dad this morning to tell him how wonderful it was — and for those of you who know him, you know he was a little jealous he wasn’t there. 🤍To the new friends I met last night, welcome to my little corner of the floral world, where I love to create, grow, and do all things floral. And to my old friends, it was so much fun getting dressed up and being on the other side of the event world for a night.
