Crazy to believe we are well into Autumn season again. A majesty of mist and mushrooms! I have been on the search for the elusive magical fly agarica but no luck as yet 🍄💫
I will not give up my hope to come across it in the undergrowth one day. We seem to have more mushrooms of all types than ever before, but no doubt the months of rain the past couple of years is the reason. We are also now into intense deep-diving Scorpio season and these misty mornings create the perfect atmosphere in this season where the veils are thin and like the leaves we are encouraged to let go.... hope you are well and healthy in your part of the world.

Well what an incredible experience observing Jordan the Genius this week & his creative ways with a SPRAYCAN 🤯 Seriously @spray.saint 🙃 How lucky we are to enjoy seeing this every day on our little 'rose' studio. Poor Jordan is fed up of roses now 😂
Truly inspiring. He has a very special gift 🧑‍🎨
Always so fascinating to see how people express themselves in whatever creative form they choose. Love it 😍 And even the rain stopped for him - now that's powerful 😁More to come....

Whilst Jordan the Genius @spray.saint is beautifying the external of our little 'Rose' building, i'm reflecting on the clever women who infused their creative rose magic inside 🌹❤️😍
The fab @florencesuperart created the rose mural beauty & lovely @illustrationbyest painted rose garland around the window 😍
And a cute mosaic doorstep by @felicity_ball_mosaics 🌹
You can never have too much rose love, Queen of the flowers & symbol of love. ❤️

All of this transformation takes time..... one day this will be the cutest little creative studio & retreat space 🌟

This old out building that originally had no doors/windows & an asbestos roof is about to experience the next stage of transformation this week. We are super excited the amazing Jordan @spray.saint will be here with his artistic genius to give this now blank canvas a beautiful makeover 😉❤️🌹

It's amazing the difference a couple of days of sunshine can do to lift the spirits. After (what felt like) decades of rain here in Cornwall the sun has made a welcome appearance 🌿🌞❤️
Let's hope it's for a little while but who knows? Spring has definitely sprung and her return is much appreciated. After endless delays, we are finally starting our exciting house build very soon and are keen for the new chapter! Well, hello November 🍁 hard to believe 🙈 here's a little snippet from @rosemere.cornwall in the last week or two. Lots of rainbows, holly berries, mushrooms & bronze leaves. Summer paid us a very brief visit this year here in #cornwall - very unusual.
Wild storm ciaran certainly kept us awake last night. It is wild!
Autumn provides a seasonal magic of her own & there's much pleasure to be found in a cosy candlelit cabin. Nature provides much needed comfort with her rhythms. Wishing you peace & calm in these unsettling times (understatement) 🍁❤️🌿

As we have spring on the horizon, it seems crazy to believe we had this pure blanket of thick snow only a month ago. We woke up in a winter wonderland and said we felt as though we'd been transported to Canada - not Cornwall.
Everything was blanketed and as I crunched through the snow, all I could see were footprints created by the deer and foxes. It's only the second time we've ever since snow in Cornwall in the 5 years we've lived here so I took lots of photos, in case we don't see it again. I'm sure we will but who knows when that might be. Mother nature really is magical 🌿❤️❄️🌿

Well it’s been a while but just popping in briefly to share a magical snippet of sunrise today. What a gorgeous time of the year, cosy in the cabin with the fire, candles & incense. These times offline so we can connect within & remember what’s really important are crucial. We’re in for a very intense last few months of the year so take time out, breathe, look at the sky & refocus ❤️✨

We are so happy to finally be in our little bluebell cabin. Every day's a school day. I’ve never seen so many animals and birds in my life (some for the first time). So funny to see their daily routines and how set they are (like us) in their patterns of behaviour 😀
However, sadly over the past few weeks, this year's Canadian Geese babies have gone from 6 to 1. After hearing a lot of commotion last Saturday morning from the geese, we've worked out who the murdering culprit is. Hmmm but that’s nature….

It was great to have Sheila from @signsofgoodtaste here yesterday with her signwriting skills to add a little #poem I wrote ( @sacredself ) some months ago.

Aah bluebell season 🌿 it always starts with the non-natives popping up in April, followed by natives a couple of weeks later. As soon as they arrive, they seem to be preparing to leave with a fleeting magical quality. Impossible to truly capture their beauty it seems. Often a sign of ancient woodland so we are incredibly fortunate to have them here at
