This one’s going on the fridge. Seeing our name in @texasmonthly still doesn’t feel real. Proud of what our little 4-man crew has pulled off out of that trailer. taken in Rosemeyer Bar-B-Q by @rosemeyerbarbq

This post is a little late but the last month has been insane in the best way. We’re grateful and honestly blown away. We kept our Michelin Bib for 2025, cooked at the Texas Monthly BBQ Fest, and landed on the Houston Chronicle’s Top 100 Restaurants list.

None of this happens without the people who show up for us every week. Our crew, our customers, our friends and family who ride with us through every early morning, late night, and crazy service. We’re proud of what we’ve built out of a food trailer on the side of the road, and even more proud that we get to keep doing it with people we love.

Thank you for believing in us and for letting us feed this community. More to come. taken in Rosemeyer Bar-B-Q by @rosemeyerbarbq
