POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Everywhere I go I see beautiful people, but many have gone through pain & tragedy. I love listening to the stories of where people come from & where they most want to go in pursuit of their heart’s desire. Suffering might be a huge component of the journey, but so is joy. If you find that thing that strikes the chord of fulfillment within you, dive in…dive deep & don’t let go.

What an incredible night watching the full moon rise & getting to do this soundbath for my camp-mates (& some oracle readings). 🙏

Thanks to Shawna & Mario for getting some of these pics! 🙏🙌😁

I randomly found out that I went viral when I bumped into a friend I hadn’t seen in over a year… she assumed I saw the video on TikTok (from June 2025) but I wasn’t on there. 😆Most of the comments are incredibly sweet. Close to 1 million views baby! Started my account today. 😘So much has changed since then - I’m healthier, left a toxic situation, and moved to a new city. So grateful. ❤️

Shenanigans with my fav partner in crime @snoogent for Wubs Weds, sushi, dancing & First Fridays. I asked this group of chicks dressed like dudes if we could take a picture with them & they did not disappoint. 😆

Wanna hear a crazy story, I wanted to do a solo hike on Mt. Elden b/c I heard it was a good challenge- 5 miles total so a 2.5 mile steep climb. Well I started to get a little lost so I pulled up the trail on my @alltrails app but then thought I was going the right way & so didn’t pay attention to the app anymore…Kept thinking - why am I hanging off of rocks (all while holding my can of @redbull ) …didn’t think it was a normal hike so by the time I checked my map I realized I was actually climbing the mountain. 🤣 Straight vertical. I figured why not keep going even though it got more & more challenging . I found my own summit at around 8500 feet. 💀 Only slipped a few times & also got stabbed by an agave cactus twice. I figured while I’m up there, might as well take cute selfies like an idiot. Wook Survivor- I can do anything! 😆

Side questing to & from CO to the Four Corners Monument (AZ, UT, CO, NM). Had to! In honor of Breaking Bad.🧑‍🔬And then had a hunch to go to @navajo_national_monument ✨Absolutely beautiful hike down into a canyon. Pictures never do justice for these places. One of my passions continues to be visiting archaeological ruins & learning about the history of the ancient civilizations that inhabited the southwest.
