We all have a little bit of King in us.

Shout out @elevatelv8 for this custom #TEKKEN 3 King set for grappling.

Giant Swing not included. But much thanks to @hhcsm for letting me perform the move on her.

I have been working on hitting a buggy choke and I had to make this after landing it today but not being able to close my hands together. 🤣 Probably a skill issue along with short limb issue (?)

I never put down the weights but instead of aiming for heavy lifts like the 205lb squat in the top photo, I'm focused on conditioning and combat sports.

It's never too late to get active or switch it up.
Happy 4th everyone!

A bunch of my Jiu Jitsu/MMA friends in Georgia got together to say goodbye before going to Orlando.

I wanted to post this here because not only do we all clean up nice when we aren't wet dogs on the mats, but I'm grateful for everyone here and even those who couldn't make it from our ATT Lima fam.

I'm gonna train my ass off in Orlando so it's like I never left next time I see y'all. Thank you for being a gym that felt like a home in Atlanta. ❤️🙏

Thank you coach @iscoku for taking this for me! by @rosethegrappler

I have been a weightlifter for 13 years but only since taking coach @iscoku HIIT classes have I begun to learn things like power cleans etc. I decided to post this with my failure for a lesson.

Today after competing in Jiu Jitsu yesterday I attempted 85lb for this x 5 and failed mid way through.

I am someone who can deadlift over 200 so this would normally have me like ???

However, it is new, I am learning and this is a whole new lesson to learn. Form is important before power always. I still have much work to do.

Grateful for the little things.

Finally got my Yu Yu Hakusho tattoo done. Kurama was one of the first anime crushes I had next to Trunks when I was young and just getting into anime. I normally take more footage when doing these montages but when you sit through long sessions you kind of just focus on yapping and getting the tattoo done. Enjoy!

@jptronwalker crushed this piece!

Please go to him for work! He is the chillest dude.

A fitness journey. Sometimes you can be your best and lose yourself. But you can always come back.

I moved to SoCal for a dream job in 2022 to only find California was depressing for me and not for me. I gained so much weight while living there from the depression I went through. (The text on my one slide the sentence is off but yes sometimes you smile through the depression)!

Never give up.
I am grateful for the changes I've made.

I decided only in Aug 2025 to hire Kaden to get my nutrition/diet back on track because being active alone was not working. 30 lbs later I am looking amazing and feeling healthier than ever.
