PARTNER SPOTLIGHT // Roseville Floors and More 🏡✨

Meet Ennis & Narcisa Dzapo, owners of Roseville Floors & More, a business built on craftsmanship, family, trust, and doing things the right way.

For Ennis, flooring is about far more than materials and installation — it’s about transforming spaces, creating beautiful homes, and making the process easier for the people trusting them with their homes.

“True quality is often sacrificed for speed in high-volume, impersonal work.”

That commitment to quality is at the heart of Roseville Floors & More, but so is family. Ennis and Narcisa are raising two children, with much of their time outside of work spent supporting their kids’ competitive soccer and creating memories together.

Ennis’s perspective on family and opportunity is deeply influenced by his journey as a Bosnian-born immigrant. “Witnessing their tenacity taught me early on that nothing is impossible,” he shared, reflecting on watching his parents rebuild their lives in America.

Today, Ennis defines success in a way that feels especially meaningful: “To me, success is having a flexible schedule, slow mornings, and the freedom to show up for your family.”
That people-first mindset carries into the way Ennis and Narcisa serve their clients — creating beautiful spaces while providing the honesty, communication, and peace of mind that make the entire experience feel seamless.
