Since I came up with the idea for Eleven, I’ve been super indecisive on what would be the first signature moment. Is it Fashion ? Community workshops ? Events ? Is it just going to be a multimedia safe haven where I explore all my talents under one umbrella ? Only the lord knows what’s in store. But what I do know is, I want to start with something natural. It’s not only about bettering myself but bettering others as well. With that being said I’ve decided to start a podcast. But not a podcast that speaks on current events or gossip and definitely not those tired ass Twitter debates. But something more personal, something more vulnerable. I want to unpack traumas within our community as black men and women. A space where we can come together and understand each other. Not for clout, exposure or memes but really to evoke healing.
