Just finished a two days hike for a volcano in Guatemala 🌋
Hard, uncomfortable, worth it. Stepping away for 10 days at the most busy time at work was very difficult, but needed so I can come back and make better decisions. Life is about learning different perspectives so you don’t get stuck with 1 while making hard decisions.

When Roshan Kumar spent his college summers selling pest control services door-to-door, he ran into the same frustration that millions of 1099 contract workers face today: unpredictable pay.

Workers often don’t know when they will get paid — or how much. That uncertainty creates not only financial stress for workers but also high turnover and operational inefficiencies for employers.

Learn how @sequifi solves these problems and why Cervin Ventures invested in them at utahbusiness.com. Link in bio 🔗

Too many teams focus only on hiring—but forget to invest in the systems that actually keep great reps.

We’ve helped companies level up with software that brings real transparency and retention.

2024 is the Official Launch Year for Sequifi! 🚀

For the past few years, we’ve been working tirelessly, often clocking in over 80 hours a week, to develop something groundbreaking. Today, I’m excited to introduce Sequifi — a revolutionary platform designed for the modern workforce. Our focus? Independent workers and non-traditional employers, delivering unparalleled transparency and critical data to enhance how you work.

Since our soft launch in December 2023, we’ve witnessed explosive growth, multiplying our revenue 900%. My absence from social media wasn’t without reason; every moment has been dedicated to refining Sequifi. But now, it’s time to bring our hard work to the forefront.

Stay tuned and watch Sequifi transform the future of work. Expect to see a lot more about our journey and achievements across all platforms, as we’re just getting started on creating a success story for everyone in the industry. by @roshtheonly
