I had the privilege to go to my first and last 3 honor bands this year. At each one, my director said something like,”The best thing about honor band is the new friends you’ll make.” So instead of posting the videos of the concerts or pictures with my own band members, I thought I’d show some love to the people that helped me maintain my sanity through the long rehearsals😂

Happy Mother's Day to the best mom the LORD could have ever blessed me with. She's my best friend, my mom, my dad, my shoulder to cry on, and my best advisor. This is the biggest family I've ever been apart of. I don't know what I would do if I wasn't apart of it honestly. Of course, it's not perfect but it's the perfect one for me in this chapter of my life. Every last one of these talented students mean a lot to me and I hope they all know it. Without them, I wouldn't be as happy as I am today. I'm glad they're apart of my life and I'm glad that I am apart of theirs. I'm glad that we all make up the NP Viking Band together. But most importantly, I'm glad we created a family that I can call my own😊😄☺️🤗🎶🎷📯🎼🎵🎺🥁
