A little look back at our summer family craft table 💛✨
@kidsstuffcirencester

A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to every family who joined us over the summer, from grandparents, carers and, of course, all the wonderful children who made each creation completely their own!
From building, experimenting and sharing creative skills, to the giggles, conversations and stories shared around the table… it’s been truly precious. I feel lots of us inspired each other somewhere along the way, thank you for your part!

I must not forget a very special thank you to everyone who helped keep our resources well stocked 🙏🎨🖍️ whether you donated craft materials, popped something into our donation box, donated to the shop or supported us online. YOU are our local heroes!

Your kindness and support are what make it possible for us to offer activities and crafts to everyone through Kids Stuff pay-as-you-can offerings. 🙌

Thank you for helping us make space for creativity, connection and a whole lot of fun this summer. 🌈✨

Who will be joining me and popping along again this October?!

I cannot wait to hear how the first term of school has landed for so many local tiddlers starting this September!

Good luck to you all 🧡

What a weekend! I haven't belly laughed this hard in ages 🥰 if you're looking for somewhere different to spend the day with youngsters this Summer @allthingswildnaturecentre has a super fun itinerary, including a Dino Train ride, go karts and Foam Party! 🫧

Don't just take my word for it, go check it out!

P.s I recommend taking a picnic as there're some lovely play parks that I can guarantee your children will want to spend the majority of their time 😉 taken in All Things Wild by @rosielightly

Exciting things are happening!!!

For now here's a little sneak peek of what I've been up to!

Massive thanks to @rootsandseedsfarpeak for commissioning this piece, an absolute joy to create (even on the hottest day of the year 😂)

I'm currently trying to cook up a community garden (& much more) - if you're interested or would like to find out more... Please do give me a shout! We've already got some really exciting people onboard & together, in collaboration, I truly believe we all grow!! 🌻
2027 will indeed be a celebration of all things community, floral artistry, PLAY and sustainability!

Flowers have so much to offer and I'm making it my personal mission to bring them back into our every day lives, one garden at a time 💐

Today's Jewellery making station was FANTASTIC!! 💫 Well done everyone that came in and made something magical! Tomorrow is Messy Fri-yays!
Drop in and chill out with some stimulation of the senses in all the good ways, icky, sticky, soft and bubbly, come and let your children explore and discover though naturally mixing and stirring together different textures and scents!
Also let's celebrate an epic start to the summer holidays together 🥳💓💫🌞 Back next Monday for more family craft tables 10am - 12pm Monday - Thursdays 🙌 by @rosielightly

Had the BEST time celebrating the launch of PLAY WILD with @playworkeramber! 🥳✨

I'm so proud of everything they've achieved alongside the incredible team at @winchestersciencecentre Wonderseekers. The atmosphere was absolutely electric! 💚 So much love, time and energy has gone into creating the most beautiful outdoor play spaces, inviting children to explore ecology, nature and palaeontology through three exciting new exhibits. 🌿🦖🦋

For me, the Kingfisher Mud Kitchen had to be the most inspiring tinker station I've ever seen. We often think mud kitchens are just for little ones, but honestly, this space invites creativity at any age. Huge hats off to @playworkeramber and everyone involved in bringing this magical place to life. 🌱✨

Not only is it a place to play, grow and explore, but it also inspires future generations to appreciate, protect and celebrate Winchester's wonderfully rich ecology. (Fun fact: did you know this area was once a rainforest? 🐒🌿)

But don't just take my word for it... go and #PLAYWILD for yourself! 🦴🦖🐁🦋

Fri-yays have never felt so good ✨
I absolutely love hosting our sensory sessions every other Friday @kidsstuffcirencester @theolddepartmentstore_

We bring the outdoors in, imagine soft lights, gentle sounds, a calm space to simply be. A chance for little ones (and grown-ups) to slow down, explore textures, and ease into play at their own pace.

Perfect for those not quite ready for the messier sessions… those come on alternate Fri-yays 😉

Nature doing its thing, at its best 🌿
So therapeutic. So whimsical. Never ever any need to book but if you're curious please come and check it out for yourself 💚💫🌞
