My beloved Piper crossed the rainbow bridge this afternoon.
The feisty Calico was feisty until the end after losing a battle to cancer.
Hard to believe 2 separate families gave up on you and returned you to the humane society. You reached out to me broken and shut down. I brought you home in 2015 to become the third musketeer.
We nursed you back to health and you turned into a gorgeous girl. Hope the other 2 musketeers Cleco & Mr Eppley greeted you at the🌈.
I will miss you my Princess Piper. So will Addie, Escher, Bentley, Jeans, Khaki, Lexi and now little Ms Eppley.
Chase all the mice and birds you want. 💔 love you Piper. by @rosierich8688

Meet Piper, my furry companion. I adopted her 10.5 years ago from a shelter where she'd been returned twice. She was sick and underweight, and the vet bills were steep - $2000 worth. But it was worth it to nurse her back to health. She has given us so much love but today we found out our time with her is short. I will cherish every minute I can with her until her last day I ask everyone with fur children to hug your babies closely and cherish the unconditional love they give you. by @rosierich8688
