1. You DON’T have to do the tasks you hate. 😂
I mean… isn’t that already a pretty good reason?

2. You have more energy for the work you actually love.
Coaching your clients, creating, connecting, thinking, building. The things that make you excited about your business.

3. You feel happier working in your business.
When you’re not constantly forcing yourself through tasks you hate, work can feel a whole lot lighter.

4. You have more space to be creative.
Your brain isn’t busy thinking about that Reel you still need to edit or the email you still need to send.

5. You can focus on what ONLY YOU can do.
Your expertise, your clients, your ideas, your vision. Those things need you.

6. You stop putting off the little things.
The content sitting in Canva.
The follow-ups you keep meaning to send.
The admin you keep saying you’ll get to later.
They actually get done.

7. You get to grow your business without doing everything yourself.
Delegating doesn’t mean you’re less involved in your business.
It means you’re being more intentional about where your time and energy go.

You don’t have to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed to get support. Sometimes, you can simply say: “I don’t love doing this, and I don’t have to.”

I always say that the happiest thing I can feel, and what makes me even more passionate about being a VA, is seeing my clients get their time and energy back.

Seeing them focus on what only they can do, feel lighter, and actually enjoy their business again. That’s what makes me happy.

But throughout this journey, I have to admit, I’m also really happy whenever I receive a loving message from my clients.

It’s a reminder that my work matters. That I’m doing a good job. That my clients value what I do, and that I’m genuinely supporting and helping them.

Soooo, thank you to every client who has come into my life.

One thing I’ve learned from working with clients is that being a good VA doesn’t mean ALWAYS saying yes.

Sometimes being good support means having a boundary.

Giving honest feedback.

Or suggesting a different way to do something because I genuinely think it could work better for your business. Of course, you always have the final say. It’s your business.

But I don’t want to be the person who simply waits for a list of tasks and checks them off one by one.
I want to understand what we’re trying to achieve and think alongside you.

That’s the kind of partnership I’m looking for too.
And it’s one of the reasons I love working with clients long term.

Because the longer we work together, the more I understand your business, your preferences, your goals, and the way you like things done.

It becomes less about “What task should I do?”
