This one means a lot to us.

Our first Roslea office is finally here, and every detail has been properly thought about. We wanted somewhere that felt calm, welcoming and a bit different from the usual. Somewhere you’d actually want to walk into.

A huge thank you to @noyadesignstudio for bringing the vision to life, and to @signpainterjoe for the beautiful front. These are genuinely two amazing businesses who have completely blown us away, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

So much heart and soul has gone into creating this space and we’re so proud of how it’s turned out and the work that we do here.

Doors are now open at 259 Kilmarnock Road, come in for a coffee.

Since the 6th October, landlords in Scotland have ten working days to investigate damp and mould. The clock starts the day you find out.

That day is when a tenant reports it, or when you spot it on an inspection. It also counts if a contractor mentions it. Within ten working days, a competent person must investigate. The tenant gets a written summary within three working days after that, and repairs must start within five. Delays are allowed only for reasons genuinely beyond your control, and the tenant must be told why, in writing.

The next pop up to join our amazing line up of @lauralightbody_ and @fayrebyfrankie is @nebo.peklo

We’re opening our doors at 259 Kilmarnock Road for a weekend pop up with Glasgow based illustrator Nebo Peklo (Natalie Tweedie).

Trained in printed textile design, Natalie brings a mid-century sensibility to her illustrated maps and architectural studies, rendering the city’s buildings, brutalist and otherwise, in careful, considered colourways.

Her work formed part of Glasgow City Heritage Trust’s recent Brutal Glasgow exhibition, and has recently held a showing at @themodernist in Manchester.
