What an unforgettable weekend at the @vanproshow
At 47 years old, standing on stage and competing with passion still feels like the first time I stepped into this sport 11 years ago. Bodybuilding has truly changed my life, mentally, physically, and emotionally, and continues to drive me every single day to be better.
This weekend, I was blessed to earn:
🏆 1st Place – Masters Men’s Physique Over 45
🏆 1st Place – Masters Men’s Physique Over 35
🥈 2nd Place – Masters Men’s Physique Over 40
A huge thank you to my mentor @ross.caesar_ whose guidance and expertise throughout this prep helped me bring my best package yet to the stage. And to my better half Stacey ❤️, who has been my rock, handling my meals, keeping everything organized, and supporting me every single step of the way. I couldn’t have done this without her.
The energy from the crowd, the support from family and friends, and the beautifully organized event made this an incredible experience. What an amazing setup.
I also want to give a special shout‑out to my athlete Davinder Gill, @davinder_singh_gilll who competed in his first-ever Pro Qualifier and placed 4th in his Men’s Physique class. Davinder brought an amazing package to the stage, handled the pressure very well, and gained invaluable experience that will only push him further in this sport. I’m so proud of his hard work and dedication, it’s only the beginning for him.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who cheered me on, sent messages, and supported me throughout this journey, it means a lot.
