I have hidden this coin of my sword group The Western Circle of Sword fighters in a fairly hard to reach area of mt Shasta in the hopes that either one of my friends will find it or some adventuras spirit will find it and look us up and maybe become a sword fighter their selves.
if you reading this you can't take the coin unless you climb by moonlight like I did. only other clue is that coins are never hidden where someone could die or be seriously hurt so it's not anywhere insane by @rossbringhurst

this is what my last boss set up for me to remove a six by four foot window off of. he said the railing is just for your brain so you don't freak out. those are concrete stairs two floors below. did I mention there is also a crew of people replacing the roof overhead here. people wonder why I'm so quick to propose violence when coming to work threatens my life on the regular. I hope you fall off a ladder john. that mother fucker new I only worked the winter because they said they needed me even on the best ski days I came and put windows in for half my worth and he knew it and fired me anyways because I complained about his lack of safety ethic.

I'm just cleaning out my videos cause my phone's out of storage and finding all these. I'm glad I can laugh now while I write this and honestly I should thank my blood pressure medicine for that cause otherwise I'd be thinking about taking a trip to his office. by @rossbringhurst

On Happiness- I was recently told I was 'lucky' after describing myself as happy, but if it was luck,than that luck was in my brain having the capacity and determination to rid itself of the clutter and despair of this world which constantly fights to destroy my happiness. I didn't just become happy and it doesn't just stay on its own, I have a process. I don't allow my brain to stray down negative 'what if' paths, what if this person is lying? what if this path is a dead end, what if I can't complete the whole task. what if this post sounds ridiculous. don't care. smoke some weed move on. when someone shows me they were lying my brain adapts, this person lies. when the path ends I now know more about the overall landscape than I would of if I had only taken the correct path. if my energy fails mid task I at least made some progress. if this post is stupid and nobody says anything than ig as a whole looses value in my mind and its hold on me weakens. I become more free. the phrase that came to mind long ago was 'neural pruning' and I find it helps to do real pruning on plants while training this skill as they correlate immensely. stop a thought, let that path atrophy, engage a different thought, give it the food that awful path wanted. my brain is an ecosystem in competition with itself the same way the leaves of one tree all compete and kill each other for access to the sun. there are not two wolves. the wolves count is endless. it's not enough to feed one, you must be a wolf diplomat and negotiate truces and eventually alliances between the packs. you must control their numbers to keep your deer up. you know what I mean even if it's not clear right now by @rossbringhurst
