WORLD MARTINI DAY There’s no cocktail more deserving of its own day. A firm favourite of mine and endlessly customisable. Everyone has their preferred spec, their favourite spirit and then there’s the garnish, who doesn’t love a snack with their drink?! The Pink Gibson (of @hawksmoorrestaurants fame) • 60ml London Dry Gin (@tanqueraygin) • 10ml Dry vermouth (I used @gbvermouth) Garnished with a pink dyed pickled onion (dyed with beetroot for that visual pink kick) *Always keep your gin (or vodka) in the freezer. **And your glassware. 🧳 @narratives.creative 🎥 @campbell.ralia 🏠 @nauticusbar 💅 @allie_vi Now go and make a martini! 🍸 by @rossbryant

WORLD GIN DAY Here’s a gimlet recipe, because gimlets are class and everyone should drink them. @shakercollective reminded me to make a drink for the occasion - who would have thought I’d have forgotten World Gin Day?! * 50ml Gin (I used @suntory_rokugin) * 10ml @diistil Yuzu distillate * 25ml Peach tea cordial (recipe below) Stir over ice, strain into a chilled coupette/pony glass. Garnish with some lemon zest (which I absolutely forgot) Peach tea cordial recipe * 1000ml Strongly brewed loose leaf peach tea (steep for 10 minutes) * 500g Granulated white sugar * 10g Citric acid * 2g Malic acid * Zest of one whole lemon (grated) - Stir in your sugar and acids until dissolved, add your lemon zest and set to one side. Ideally for an hour or so. - Strain and bottle. - Keep in the fridge for up to two weeks. If you can wait that long without finishing this, congrats. COURVOISIER CONNOISEUR Pt. 2 Inspired by the (modern) classic, Revolver. Arguably better with Cognac 👌🏼 • 50ml Courvoisier VSOP • 25ml Cacao, Coffee & Miso cold brew liqueur • 10ml Olorosso sherry • 5ml Walnut aperitif Rich // Rounded // Sipper Cold brew recipe and method: • 50g Coarsely ground coffee • 300ml Filtered water • 8g Cacao nibs • 50g Demerara sugar • 4g White miso paste • 100ml Courvoisier VSOP • Combine coffee and water, leave in an airtight container for 12 hours. • Filter through coffee filter. • Add sugar and miso and mix until dissolved. • Add Courvoisier VSOP. • Bottle, enjoy responsibly. @courvoisier @campariacademyuk @tristhespiritsguy #courvoisierconnoisseur by @rossbryant

COURVOISIER CONNOISSEUR It’s been a hot minute (8years?) but sometimes I make drinks, for competitions. • 50ml Courvoisier VSOP • 20ml Passion fruit milk punch • 10ml Provence Aperitif Silky // Tropical // Tart Inspired by my first bartending gig at the long since gone 52 Canoes in Edinburgh. Milk punch recipe if you’re interested: • 150ml Passion fruit puree (I used Boiron) • 200ml Oat milk (I used Momo) • 100ml Verjus de Périgord • 30g Orange oleo (equal parts granulated white sugar and orange peel - leave for 24 hours) • 80g Granulated white sugar • Combine the puree, oat milk and versus and leave for 24 hours. • Strain through coffee filter until clear. • Add sugar and mix until dissolved. • Bottle & enjoy. JANUARY Surprisingly a much shorter month than I expected… It’s been a month of big girlie moves by all the women in my life with a good man (RB) supporting. 1. Started it with my favourite people inc. but not ft. @mikewhatmough & Kelly 2. A massive F* you to a certain 🐍🐀 3. Girl time. All of it. I’ll have more thank you 4. We exercise now. More of that to come I guess 5. Narratives EDB shoot with our collective ahead of very exciting things. Absolutely not lost on me that our brand colours are basically 🇮🇪 6. So. Many. Cocktails. This wasn’t the best - but it reminded me of the tiramisu we had and that SLAPPED 7. “Daddy, I’m after being clamped”. IYKYK 8. In my natural habitat 🍻 9. She’s a big girlie now ☕️ 10. 2025 Started out as a fucker of a year, but turned out pretty decent. Joined @allie_vi at @narratives.creativestudio and brought all things drinks into her creative world. We worked with some amazing clients, signed a studio in Manchester (with more coming next year 👀) and I’m excited to see what 2026 has in store for us 💥 Aurora turned 1 (WTF) and she continues to amaze me each and every day. We managed a holiday (even if it was only to Dublin) hopefully 2026 has more sun in store. I drank less martinis, and they look different now 👀 @alessandro_palazzi but sampled way more whisky which is ok with me 👌🏼 Oh yeah, got engaged again, if that’s possible? Fresh ring for @allie_vi as she was missing out… I mean, she proposed to me, but… sure Otherwise, a busy, whirlwind of a year, time to kick the fuck out of 2026. by @rossbryant

AURORA IS ONE Twelve months of Aurora, the most incredible, tenacious, loud, beautiful and hilarious baby. The past 12 months have been a rollercoaster, you really do know how to keep us on our toes, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. In amongst hospital visits and a million nappy changes have been some of the best moments of my life, and I cannot wait for what lay ahead. Kudos to @allie_vi for creating such a gorgeous menace ❤️ by @rossbryant
