What a crazy year!

2021 really was a mixed bag. Almost all of my gigs were cancelled or postponed, and it seemed like the pandemic would never end. But there were some amazing highlights.

I married the love of my life, and it was the perfect day. I’m so lucky to have such an incredible woman to call my wife, and I can’t believe I get to spend the rest of my life with her ❤️

The pandemic also gave me time to focus on other hobbies. I built a gaming pc, something I always wanted to do but never thought I had enough time or $$ for. I started working out from home and eating as healthy as I ever have, and I’m still keeping the routine. I was able to rest my voice and write more songs, something that always seems to fall by the wayside.

More than anything though I gained perspective on what is really important in life. Do what you love, and try to appreciate every moment you have. Being happy, healthy, and sharing meaningful relationships with friends and family shouldn’t be taken for granted, and I’m so lucky to have the life that I do.

Happy New Year everyone, here’s to a great 2022! taken in Toronto, Ontario by @rossburant
