Back in 1998 when my parents got me my first box set I had no idea about anything to do with painting. And I still don’t. It’s been more than 15 years since I picked up a paint brush. A lot has changed. But earlier this year I saw an airbrushing video and absolutely loved it. I took a long time off this hobby and it’s wonderful to be back at it. #miniaturepainting #airbrushing #spacemarines40k by @rossgrimr

Another Blood Brother fresh from taking care of some Tyranids. Still using, and loving, the John Blanche colours from @thearmypainter. I think I’m getting closer to the look and feel that I have in mind for the chapter #warhammer #grimdark #bloodangels by @rossgrimr

My take on some blood angels. I’m mostly using the Army Painter John Blanche paint sets at the moment. And I’m liking them a lot. They’re brilliant. I first got into Warhammer around 3rd edition and totally loved the Black Templar art on the box set back then. I have been a fan of John Blanche’s work ever since.
