How to get in shape in 2025 🦈

✖️Stop doing random workouts
✖️Train 3-6x per week
✖️Cardio 2-4x per week
✖️Be prepared with your meals
✖️Surround yourself with likeminded people
✖️7+ hours of sleep a night
✖️Have a solid “WHY” to keep you going
✖️Commit to 12 weeks of work
✖️Hire me as your coach

If you are a dad that is excelling in his career BUT losing sight of his own health… I know how hard that might be.

Be selfish this year. Spend some money on yourself, hire a coach, get in shape and turn your health around. Your kids are watching…

“That’s what fathers do if they don’t heal their wounds. They wound their children in the same place.” - Cheryl Strayed

This is the year 2025 that we create GENERATIONAL HEALTH. My mission is to create the best dads, husbands and leaders that I can

Through fitness, nutrition, accountability and data we will be able to create realistic habits and routines that will set you up for success in the long term

The goal in working with me is to educate you so that you make a one time investment into a one time program and then never have to purchase a coaching program again

Once we are done working together you will know exactly what buttons to press and levers to pull in order to seamlessly keep your results for the long haul

If you are sick and tired of making a lot of money but still having a gut to carry around all day.. make this the moment that you commit to something greater than yourself to show your kids what is possible when you set your sights on something

I know for me, having my health is the biggest “wealth” I could ever create. For me and for my future legacy I leave behind me

I will be creating a group of dads to interact with each other virtually. If you are a dad or soon to be dad and want to join a group of likeminded people pursuing fitness in their free time, send me a message!!

How I built inner confidence and got in shape
-
A few years ago… I was living in my parents house in the bedroom I grew up in… smoking weed, eating Cheetos, playing world of Warcraft all day long, extremely out of shape and having no direction in where I wanted to take my life. I was between jobs, broke and looking for the next move. My mindset was ‘why me’? I had to keep asking my parents for money to make ends meet. Eventually I had enough and decided to go to the gym to build my self-esteem back up.
-
Fast forward to today. I’m in the best shape of my life, not only physically but also emotionally. I used the same mindset that got me fit in my business and that generated $35k in the past 90 days. I just got engaged to the love of my life and this only happened because I have been so focused on my mental and physical health the past few years that I have built up the man I am today to exude confidence, and I’m not scared to go after what I want. I am the happiest I have ever been thanks to committing to myself and my health.
-
Here’s what I did:
-
I started waking up earlier to set the intention for the day. Whether I started with breathwork, meditation, journaling, listening to a podcast or going for a walk with my dogs… the intention was to put my mind at ease before going into a work day.
-
I remained optimistic, persevered through the challenges and really believed in myself that I could do it.
-
I started focusing on what I was putting into my body. Learning about nutrition and WHY I would eat certain things at certain times. I started passionately hitting the weights, seeing my body and my mind transform over time. I suddenly didn’t care about parties or going out. All I cared about was sleep, recovery and performance. I developed a completely new mindset and individuality in the process.
-
These habits & routines have changed the way I view myself and my fitness. For anyone struggling with their fitness journey, my advice would be to take it 1 day at a time. Remember if you commit and stay consistent, you’ll get to where you want to go. I’m rooting for you! #positivemindedross by @rossman

Crazy to type out that I am a Dad to 2 beautiful boys, Maverick and Sawyer. Thank you God for blessing me in this life with so much wealth 🙌🏼

Our whole family is healthy, happy, fit and so in love with one another. I never dreamed my life would be this great.

Yes, there are a TON of unknowns and struggles we experience but to look down at these 2 faces….. nothing else matters.
