Yesterday marked the beginning of year three teaching at UT Austin! Today was our first class of Graduate Improv Styles and Techniques. We covered some really hip reharm/altered chord possibilities that you can super impose over the basic 12-bar blues. I showed the students a progression the great Russell Malone showed me a few years back.
