// I never told anyone this before. But over the last 5 years of being a filmmaker, I have found myself returning back to my first movie I directed in 2016. Inside that film, is idealism. Inside is courage, and a love for cinema, and the ability to make great mistakes and give zero interest into any critical appeal. I look back on this to remind myself why to never stop making art. And not just any art. Not just any movies. But to push daringly. Even if you are the only person who understands it.
