True strength isn’t just physical, it’s an unbreakable state of mind πŸ’Ž Flew to the other side of the world on my own to share my art, was an unforgettable mental and joyful journey as an artist. 3 weeks before competition, I suffered a neck injury, a herniated disc that left me unable to move it. 3 days before performance, a virus left me weak and dizzy. But not showing up for myself, was never an option. Anyone who knows me, knows that once I lock onto something, it’s going to happen. No matter the circumstances, I will make it work. The second I stepped on stage, I gave my full heart and soul. All the hard work, intense training and sacrifices, poured into a beautiful moment that felt like a dream πŸ¦‹ THIS JOURNEY WAS A REMINDER FOR ALL OF US πŸ“Œ- life brings unexpected storms and moments where everything looks dark, But your MINDSET and SPIRIT are what always prevail. That is my true victory and personal growth. SPECIAL THANKS πŸ–€ @nirkrakowski my mentor, friend & family in my heart. The artisitic wizard behind this choreography. Thank you for pushing me to my absolute limits, elevating standards and never giving up on me. for truly seeing me for who I am and constantly inspiring me to become the best version of myself day by day. Being there 24/7, training me all night long, standing by me through the entire spectrum of breakdown and joy. Truly blessed to be your student and grow under your guidance. @willgidio my friend, a beautiful soul, The mastermind behind this insane choreography! Thank you for the raw power, sophistication and brilliance you brought to life. You transformed my other part of my personality into movement, that is special for me. @kadupiress @larissa.thayane For organizing such an incredible @brazilianzoukworlds creating a warm atmosphere and being supportive. The moments backstage with you were really meaningful and powerful for me. The judges, the incredible community and my fellow competitors for the inspiring energy. Thank you God and to myself. This is my strength to turn the impossible into reality. Showing up with self discipline, resilience and choosing to grow every challenge. #dance #zouk #solo #competition by @rotemcohen175

Gangsters Workshop πŸ–€πŸ”₯😎 For this workshop, we wanted to take you out of your usual patterns, add a little extra spice to your dancing, playing with new textures and flavors and bringing out even more of the soul that Brazilian Zouk has to offer 🌢️ When we allow ourselves to dance differently, we might discover a side of our dancing we didn’t even know was there, and maybe…. We love it 🀍 That’s one of the things I love about Zouk - there’s always another layer to discover. More personality, more attitude , more depth. Thank you again my gangster friend @jefferson_dadinho for teaching and creating together. I really loved working with you.
