Bank Holiday Monday = a camera roll clear-out… and the realisation that I never shared this here. October has been a busy one! 🩷 Such a pleasure for @rtc_realtimecommunications to play a small part in the Irish launch of Calliope, @megmoroney debut fragrance with @scentbeauty , timed to celebrate the closing night of her Cloud 9 World Tour. A big well done to Jack and Grace @prestige.bty on the launch👏🏼 The evening started at @medicaregroup’s Forestside store, with personalised bottle engraving for all the guests, then it was on to our suite at The O2 Belfast for the show. Fragrance, friends and a little country music… a pretty lovely combination! ✨ And I fell in love with this gorgeous, talented girl! She’s already a huge star, but I’m telling you, she’s going to be mega. She’s since performed at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, too! 👏🏼 Calliope is a soft, feminine floral musk, with notes of peach blossom, jasmine and pink peony, rounded out by warm mineral musk. Available exclusively at @medicaregroup , with a nationwide launch coming very soon… 💕 And of course, my @celiabdesigner glitter ball dress and cowboy boots had to come out for the occasion. If ever there was a night for both… 🪩🤠 #Cloud9 #Calliope #MeganMoroney #Perfume @megmoroneyhq by @rotierneycrowe
My favourite plus-one for a night at the movies 💗 Mum is in Dublin for a few days, so I brought her along to the screening of @hallmarkchannel Prelude to a Wedding, featuring the lovely @thaliaheffernan - shot entirely in Ireland She was worried she hadn’t brought the “right” outfit, but I think she looks très cute! And despite assuring her she wouldn’t have to have her photograph taken… I may have pulled her in beside me. That promise didn’t last very long 😂 She loved the whole experience. I heard her laughing out loud on more than a few occasions during the film, and she absolutely adored the Q&A with the cast and crew afterwards. Such a treat to see her enjoying it all. Huge congratulations to all the cast and crew of Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Prelude to a Wedding 👏🏼 @treehousemedia.co @muse_entertainment @eclipsepictures.ie @seahorsemedia.ie @tameramowryhousley @mrchrisnewman @themarcograzzini @taranmccarthy @risteardcooper @adamfergus @julielamberton @darrencahill & @allebert @scott891 @edwinaforkin @maureenhughescasting tYSM @debbie_odonnell She also got to meet some of our wonderful RTC talent: @robynsmakeupaccount @jojo__stylez and @nkemglobalstyles and put faces to a few of the names she hears me talking about! A very happy plus-one and I’m so glad we have this photo. 💗 📸 @brianmcevoy1 #movie #hallmark #filmpremiere #preludetoawedding #irishfilm by @rotierneycrowe
On 24 October 2024, RTC – Real Time Communications Ltd was incorporated. Today, exactly two years later, I’m genuinely blown away, so proud and absolutely thrilled to share that, following my nomination, I’ve been named a finalist in them @femalefounderawards Ireland & Northern Ireland 2027 — in the Creative and Consultancy categories, and for the East Ireland region. I had a very clear vision for the business I wanted to build. Bringing it to life has been exciting, challenging and incredibly rewarding, but none of what we achieve happens alone. To our clients, trusted partners and ever-growing talent roster: thank you for choosing RTC and believing in what we do. I’m hugely grateful for the meaningful relationships built over a career spanning almost two decades — with media, creators, brand owners and industry peers, women and men alike. Those relationships mean so much, personally and professionally. To the suppliers we count on and love collaborating with: thank you for backing my vision, sharing my attention to detail and helping bring even the most ambitious asks to life. To the team I’m building, everyone who has worked or interned with RTC, and the freelancers who support us through busy periods and those “yes, we can” moments: thank you for embracing my vision and bringing care, commitment and enthusiasm to the work. Your support and contribution never go unnoticed. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved in this short time, grateful for the people who have helped us get here, and excited for those who will be part of what comes next. We’ve got big ambitions, our eyes and ears wide open, and a real appetite to keep building. Huge congratulations to all my fellow nominees and finalists — some special shout-outs in the comments. 💗 A very special way to mark today. Thank you! R x The public vote link is in my bio — your support would mean so much. #FemaleFounderAwards #RTCRealTimeCommunications #FemaleFounder #WomenInBusiness #teamrtc by @rotierneycrowe
A week on from the @goss.ie Women of the Year Awards, and what a wonderful reminder of the power of women genuinely celebrating, supporting and championing one another. An afternoon of extraordinary women, inspiring stories, remarkable achievements and genuine warmth and encouragement. And after a week that’s reminded me that respect, kindness and generosity aren’t always a given, it makes me appreciate even more the importance of surrounding ourselves with people who genuinely lift others up. Where there’s room for everyone to shine. Because women supporting women should be something we do, not just something we say. ❤️ Huge congratulations to every nominee and winners:. DAMHSA 🖤 @irelandfashionweek @rdsdublin What an incredible showcase of Irish creativity and talent: 44 emerging designers, each bringing their own vision and individuality to the runway. Some evenings really do stay with you. 💙 What a tremendous evening at the @maritimemuseumofireland in Dún Laoghaire on Tuesday, as we came together for Let’s Get Pam to the Route du Rhum! 👏🏼👏🏼 keynote speaker @evannenichuilinn and MC @emilyhourican Such a fitting setting, and a really special opportunity to see @pamybefree one more time before she heads to Saint-Malo to make Irish sailing history. Pam has qualified to become the first Irish sailor to compete in the legendary Route du Rhum, racing more than 3,500 nautical miles solo across the Atlantic. And here’s the thing. Pam is going. She’s worked too hard, come too far and believes too deeply in what she’s doing not to. But the financial reality of getting to that start line is enormous. Whether every last euro is raised or not, she’s taking on this challenge, and our support will matter just as much afterwards as it does today. For me, one of the loveliest parts of this journey has been being introduced to and working alongside Pam, @justnaomh and @sarahyoconnor - what an incredible trio of women! It’s been a genuine pleasure and privilege, and we wish Pam the very, very best as she takes on this extraordinary challenge. A huge thank you to @atlanticyouthtrust and to all those who helped make the evening so memorable. And one final ask. Please follow @pamybefree, share her story, cheer her on and, if you can, support her campaign financially. I’ve shared the donation link in Stories. Every contribution, big or small, will make a difference, and there’s still time to get behind her. Because this is so much more than a race. It’s about ambition, belief, resilience and showing the next generation what’s possible. Go on, Pam! We’re all behind you. 💙⛵ #EmpowHer #RouteDuRhum #PamelaLee #AtlanticYouthTrust #womeninsport by @rotierneycrowe
A gorgeous evening at the Irish premiere of Sense & Sensibility with the incredible @caitrionabalfe & @daisyedgarjones, with the conversation brilliantly MC’d by @doireanngarrihy in the ever-gorgeous surrounds of @stellacinemas ✨ And the film itself is such a treat - romantic, witty and full of heart, with all the charm of Austen but a freshness that makes this adaptation feel completely at home on the big screen. It’s in cinemas from today, so if you’re looking for something to see this evening or over the weekend, put this one firmly at the top of your list. 🎬 Thanks for the official 📸 @apphoto.ie And a huge thank you, as always, to team @universal_irl for such a gorgeous invitation. 🤍 by @rotierneycrowe

It was intense - The suspense nearly killed me before the emotional break did 😭 Yes, I was expecting it… but it still got me (& the girls)… It got us REAL good 😭😭 Brad Pitt is brilliant, but honestly, Odin stole our hearts. Such a gorgeous portrayal of that completely unmatched bond between a dog & their person - man’s best friend in every possible sense. Tense, emotional, beautiful… definitely one for the dog people. 🥺🐾 A big thank you @paramount_irl Ireland for having us ✨ #heartofthebeast #rtctalent #stellacinema #bradpitt #paramountpictures by @rotierneycrowe
The best summer days with my favourite crew 💕✨ As the kiddies head back to school today, here’s a little look back at some of our Summer ’26 adventures 🥹 Here’s to more days like these when the next school hols roll around 💕 In the meantime, I’m back in training to be match-fit for the next round 😂💪🏼 Turns out keeping up with this lot uses muscles I haven’t stirred in a while 🤭 @funtasiathemepark @caraghopenfarm @fernhillcommunitygarden @sineadkilbride1 @blathnaid519 @marygcrowe by @rotierneycrowe
