🚨 ATTENTION ATHLETES: YOUR NIL RIGHTS MATTER! 🚨 Big news—we’re leveling up! 🎉 RoundTable Legal has not only expanded focus into the entertainment realm, but also NIL law, sports agency, & athlete representation with our new Talent Arm of the Firm RoundTable Talent. We have always had our finger on the pulse of NIL law in the sports industries and now RoundTable Talent, is combining top-tier legal expertise with strategic brand management. Whether you're dominating the field, court, or esports arena, we’re here to make sure your talent pays off—literally. 💰 **Let’s talk about NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) rights.** Because if you don’t understand them, someone else is profiting off your game. **What NIL means for you:** ✔️ Get paid for endorsements, sponsorships, social media, merch & more. ✔️ Maintain your eligibility while cashing in on your brand. ✔️ Avoid bad contracts that lock you into unfair deals. 🚨 **The Catch?** Not all deals are created equal. One bad contract can limit your future earning potential or strip you of control over your name, image, and brand. That’s where we come in. As sports lawyers, we protect your NIL rights, negotiate better deals, and help you build a career that lasts. #CreativeCounsel #RoundTableTalent #NILRights #SportsLaw by @roundtabletalent
New Chapter. I started RoundTable Talent with a simple belief: artists deserve someone in their corner who understands both the creative world and the business behind it. I still believe that. Completely. After a lot of thought and consideration, I have made the difficult but necessary decision to close the talent agency side of RoundTable. This decision is not a reflection of the incredible artists I have had the privilege to work with. It is about focus, sustainability, and being honest about where my time, energy, and professional work can make the greatest impact. In this next chapter, this shift allows RoundTable to support artists in a more focused, legally grounded way, and in the lane where I can serve them best. But this is not the end of RoundTable’s work with artists and athletes. Moving forward, RoundTable Talent will shift into an artist-focused education and entertainment law resource through RoundTable Legal. I will continue as always helping creatives, performers, athletes, parents, producers, and arts organizations understand contracts, protect their work, and navigate the business side of the creative industry. That will include helping artists build a stronger foundation, think through career direction, understand the business side of opportunities, review and negotiate deals where appropriate, and make more informed decisions about the path ahead. What it will not include is agency representation, submissions, pitching, booking management, or the day-to-day legwork of pursuing opportunities on behalf of talent. Same heart for artists. Different seat at the table. Thank you for the continued love and support. 💜 by @roundtabletalent

Sunday Showcase: Teghan Hailey Jade In honor of the Tony Awards tonight, when Broadway takes center stage and we celebrate the performers, writers, composers, designers, directors, musicians, crews, and dreamers who make theatre magic possible, we are spotlighting the incredible Teghan Hailey Jade with this stunning piece from “Burn” from Hamilton. Teghan recently headlined an incredible live concert and continues to show exactly why she is such a powerful, thoughtful, and captivating performer. Her layered vocals are beautiful, but what really stands out is the heart, control, and storytelling she brings to every note. On a day dedicated to honoring the best of live theatre, this performance feels like the perfect reminder that the future of the stage is bright, bold, and already burning beautifully. Bravo, Teghan. We are so proud to showcase you today. 💜🎶 @teghanhaileyjade #SundayShowcase #RoundTableTalent #CreativeCounsel #Hamilton #Burn #TonyAwards #MusicalTheatre #LivePerformance #RecordingArtistontheRise by @roundtabletalent

Broadway audition news worth knowing: Actors’ Equity Association and The Broadway League just announced LEAP, the League-Equity Audition Program, a new pilot initiative designed to give Equity performers more access to Broadway-level creative teams and casting professionals. But here is the key part: This is not an audition for one specific show. LEAP is designed to let writers, directors, choreographers, casting directors, and other theatre professionals see performers outside the usual production-specific audition process. In other words, it is about relationship-building and access. That matters because so much of the theatre industry starts long before opening night. New work often begins in readings, workshops, labs, development rooms, and creative conversations. The performers who get into those rooms early can sometimes stay connected to a project as it grows. The first LEAP auditions are scheduled for June 29 and 30 at Actors’ Equity’s Audition Center in New York, with one day focused on dance and the other on singing and monologues. This does not guarantee anyone a role. It does not replace traditional auditions. But it does create another doorway. And in this business, another doorway into the room is worth paying attention to.
