Ramona loves her Sock of the Month Club delivery from John’s Crazy Socks! Yes, at 41 she really is that limber! New socks are her most favorite thing, and when a new pair arrives, it’s a very good day. Thank you, John and family. Arghhh. They got me. I had a negative test yesterday and I’ve had my routine fall asthma for a few weeks. I couldn’t sleep and when I suddenly felt worse, tested again. It got me. I have a medical appointment in the morning, Ramona already has it, and did not want to go if I was positive. Ironically, I was going to get my shot. Well it want so bad when we got it for the first time six months ago. Can’t take paxlovid, crossing fingers …. #covid positive by @rouxlette

However, I regret to say that Ramona does have Covid. Exposure had to have happened at bowling this past Tuesday. Heads up to anyone who was also there!!! Obviously we won’t be attending this coming Tuesday. Paxlovid has been obtained and she has started treatment. So far she doesn’t seem too ill. by @rouxlette

Came out today to find a decaying alder leaf stuck to the hood of my car, when peeled off, this imprint was left behind. I love this and the reflection of the overhanging trees. Art by nature! So cool! by @rouxlette

More from our day riding adaptive bikes at Alki in West Seattle. #outdoorsforall provides bikes of all types, adaptive skiing (they started out as #Skiforall forty some years ago), adaptive boating and more. Truly a great bunch of people! Their biking headquarters can be found at #magnusonpark on lake Washington in Seattle. While that rose bush was full of blooms earlier, I think the rose hips are just as beautiful. #outdoorsforall #Alkibeach #westseattle taken in Constellation Park by @rouxlette

Preparing for yet another night of disrupted sleep. According to one of the responders, because there is an electrical problem in the alarm system, it cannot be reset properly, thus the alarm is likely to go off every few hours until it is fixed. The lovely beeping of the unhappy control panel is clearly heard throughout our floor. Management says someone is messing with the system and issuing threats. It’s just so lovely to live here at this time. by @rouxlette
