Pinch us, we’re turning two!

Behind these tough looks and powerhouse corsets, we’re getting a little emotional.

Two years ago we started something new in our hometown. Full of nerves, but mostly full of “goesting.”

We wanted to share that post-Reformer feeling: what it does for your mind and body, and the focus and strength we experience day after day.

What we didn’t expect was the community we’d build.

The warmth you’ve shown us. The shakes you’ve powered through. The smiles and the tears, before and after class.

That’s you. And you. And every single one of you.

So thank you, from the bottom of our core.

On to the next year 🥂

All the love,
Kim, Elyne, Viktoria

THANK YOU. YOU gave life to ROW. by @rowreformer

HEART IS SO FULL. Forever grateful for this chapter. by @rowreformer

the one where the schedule gets a little shuffle.

Autumn break is here, and with it a few of your favourite classes move to a new time. Same ROW, just a different slot. Check the app before you show up for your usual, so you don't end up in an empty studio (or get smacked in the face).

PS: don't forget your CGlow mask.
PPS: excuse us if some of these pics aren't exactly laser sharp. But hey, who is laser sharp all day, every day? by @rowreformer

Fall is falling on our heads, the birthday confetti has finally been swept up (a month later, we’re not proud, we’re thrilled), and here’s what we found when we opened our heart: teaching, moving, and you. Every single one of you, ladies and gents, on every single carriage.

Thank you for being you. Here’s to year three. 💗 by @rowreformer

We wouldn’t consider ourselves high maintenance, but we do like immediate Pilates access and choosing everything for breakfast.

We can’t help with the breakfast, but the Pilates we’ve got covered. Weekend classes at Kleindokkaai and Maaltebruggestraat, link in bio. by @rowreformer

5 ESSENTIALS TO BECOME A COOL GIRL THIS FALL

1. Go to Pilates
2. Drink matcha
3. Wear Cute activewear
4…

Wait, no.
There is no starter pack.
No aesthetic to chase.
No 5 things that magically make you that girl. (And we are aware we can’t count. But you already know that from class.)

Find your thing. Do your thing. And if it’s ROW, we welcome you and want to reminder you to come as you are💓 by @rowreformer

Today, whoever holds out longest loses.

Stop counting Viktoria's pulses (somehow it's always 12 out of 10), Kim's seconds or Elyne's holds. The only countdown that matters ends at midnight: 20% off drop-in classes, our 10, 25 and 50 class cards and our merch.

Save the holding for your plank.

Forever yours. Just not at 20% off. ✨

Two years of ROW. A whole lot of love.

And yes, it was our birthday, so we’re allowed to get a little cheesy.

From one studio to two, and a community that keeps on growing.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, shared the shakes, brought the energy and made ROW what it is today: THANK YOU.

We wouldn’t be ROW without you. ❤️‍🔥

Here’s to year three.
We’re just getting started. by @rowreformer

Today marks our 2nd birthday 🎂

Two years ago, we started our own reformation.

It’s also the day golden hour got a whole new meaning. Not just because of the sunsets in our studios, but because of all the golden memories made along the way.

Don’t forget to share your best — or most hilarious — ROW moment in the comments before midnight.

The comment with the most likes wins a ROW golden ticket — uh, we mean a multi-class card + merch 🎟️ by @rowreformer

Oh, all I see is ROW
All I see is ROW signs
Oh

We're turning 2.

And instead of asking for gifts, we're throwing them at you. 💸

For 2 weeks only (okay, it's twoo long weeks — just slightly colouring outside the lines): 20% off on drop-ins, 10-class, 25-class, 50-class (!) and all ROW merch(!). Mat, reformer and barre, all count.

Consider it (y)our birthday, Christmas and New Year's gift, all in one.
