a week that felt straight out of a dream

in the heart of the dutch countryside, @coen_dieleman joined @erloom.restaurant as a guest chef, creating a menu inspired by the farm itself - cooking with local produce and meat from the animals raised right there on the land.

watching Coen bring his vision to life with such care and respect for the ingredients, together with the Erloom team, was truly special. seven barbecues burning all day and a relentless 40°C heat wave made it no easy task but the result was an unforgettable week in the most peaceful setting.
