🏆 Humble Gratitude and Hard Work 🏆

You know, it’s not really my style to toot my own horn, but when your heart’s filled with gratitude, sometimes you just have to share a little joy! ✨ So here I am, feeling incredibly grateful and just a tad bashful to share that I was honored as the top-producing individual at Rosemary Beach Realty for 2023. Real estate is an ever-changing journey and I’m grateful for the trust and friendships formed with my amazing clients - what began as business relationships have blossomed into genuine friendships, and I cherish these connections!

🌟 As much as I’d love to keep the spotlight off me, I have to admit I’m bursting with pride to share some snapshots of the beautiful properties I had the privilege to help my clients buy & sell in 2023. From cozy beachside retreats to stunning vacation homes, each one tells a story of dreams coming true and memories waiting to be made.

💼 For those of you who haven’t met me yet, I’m dedicated to being genuine, approachable, and your go-to resource for all things 30A - real estate & beyond. Whether you’re a seasoned investor or just dipping your toes into the second home market, I’m here to make your journey smooth, stress-free, and maybe even a little fun!

Let’s chat about your dreams and how I can help turn them into reality. Drop a comment, send a DM, or let’s grab a coffee and chat about your next adventure! ☕️🏡 #RealEstateDreams #GratefulHeart #30ALiving

Call it a real estate ripple effect—Alabama roots, beach dreams. 🌊

What started with helping the parents find their perfect spot turned into something even sweeter:

→ Daughter’s first home? ✅
→ Grandparents’ new getaway in Linkside? ✅
→ Three generations, one incredible family, and a whole lotta love? ✅✅✅

457 Linkside Place was the final puzzle piece, and we’re honored to help each one of them find their place here on the coast. It’s not just about closing deals—it’s about opening doors for the people we adore.

Here’s to a full-family move that proves what we’ve always known: real estate is about relationships, not transactions. 💛

I interrupt your *sporadically* scheduled real estate content for a VERY special message…

Another trip around the sun for my favorite human in the universe 💚 (and somehow the man, and the ‘stache, are still aging like a fine wine!) To know him is to love him & I am eternally grateful to have him as my partner in life.

🚨It’s your favorite firefighter’s birthday, so you know the drill: Bear 🐻 hugs & butt 🍑 squeezes when you see him!

Happy Birthday @morganocronk

We expected gorgeous listing photos. We didn’t expect the flowers & handwritten note!

@boomedia.co isn’t just insanely talented behind the lens - he’s also one of the kindest humans we get to work with.

Grateful for your eye, your heart, and your work. We’re so lucky to collaborate with you!

📸From real estate to editorial, events to headshots - he captures it all, beautifully. (Check him out @boomedia.co & @boomedia.homes - you won’t be disappointed!)

I interrupt your evening to share that we have SNOW at the BEACH ❄️

Today is a day for the record books …

A historic storm on the Gulf coast of Florida today turned our beach town into a wintry wonderland - and I’m taking full advantage!

Now, back to the snowball ☃️ fights
