Beyond grateful and humbled to be named “Best Sound Healing” by @angelenomagazine @modernluxury! Thank you all deeply for being on this journey with me. 🤍

When blowing out my birthday candles years ago, I wished to be used for the highest good for all. It led me further on this path— a co-creation with the universe. 🙏🏼 🌞

Keep seeking with an open heart. 💫

Radical trust in our path. No attachments. Let it burn. Let the smoke appear and a new version of you, emerge. 🤍🪽🕊️ Share this with anyone that needs the reminder x

The past is over.
It’s time for transformation.
Let it burn to ashes.
And from the ashes, rise. 🪽
A new energy. Higher alignment. Infinite possibilities.

It’s been six months since my father passed away.

I knew this would be hard, but not exactly what it would feel like. It’s as though some of a tree’s deepest roots have been cut. It remains standing, but must learn to grow differently as the landscape changes.

I don’t often speak about grief here because the wound is still fresh. But it is part of the human experience, and I’ve always been deeply curious about the human condition and passionate about exploring it with others. It is universal. Most of us will experience the loss of a parent. We know this intellectually. Yet when death arrives, we’re somehow still surprised.

I share this because if you’re also experiencing the profound loss of someone you love, you aren’t alone. And sometimes, death and grief are topics people avoid. I’ve always been drawn to talking about the things we tend to avoid. ;)

I’m deeply spiritual (obviously ;)). I have my beliefs about the afterlife, and I believe our souls are eternal. And somehow, I thought that knowing this would make “losing” him less painful. But believing that we are infinite doesn’t mean I miss his physical presence any less. Maybe in time, my relationship with this duality will change.

We spoke nearly every day. And I am proudly his daughter. He lives through me, too. ✨✨

When I was a child, I would feel anxious around this time of year. I didn’t understand it then, but as a sensitive person, autumn reminded me of mortality. The leaves changing, the letting go, the inevitable cycle of death and rebirth.

Over the years, that apprehension has softened. But this year, something feels different. I find myself looking forward to fall and winter in a way, welcoming these seasons as a time to rest and deepen my relationship with it all. I know I’ll miss him terribly during the holidays.

Perhaps this is an invitation to experience, more deeply than ever, both the fragility and the extraordinary power of being alive in this physical world.

Sending radiant love,
Roxie ♥️
