😍The amazing Roxy will be returning to host yoga at our November retreat. Including a classic morning yoga and a sunset partners yoga.

🧘‍♀️Roxy is a certified yoga teacher with nearly ten years of experience, and the unapologetic queen of the cuddle puddle😏

She leads all-levels classes that mix movement, mindfulness, and real human connection.

🧘Her sweet spot? Yoga in nature and playful partner yoga that sparks joy, builds trust, and soothes the nervous system. Roxy’s heart-led, inclusive spaces support feeling safe, grounded and at home in your body. She’s back as an original facilitator for her fourth retreat with Lesbirun! ❤️💖❤️ by @roxyalcorn

The @connectandflowmelb experience is truly one of a kind!

This isn't your typical yoga class. We laugh, support one another, and explore playful ways to regulate our nervous systems in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

If you've been craving deeper connection, safe touch, genuine laughter, and meaningful human connection, this is for you. 🩷

📽️ Shoutout to the legend @thehollyadams who captured this footage at my launch event, held at the gorgeous @studio.takecare. Thanks to all the beautiful souls who came along and brought amazing energy. It was a vibe! ✨

*warning: sappy post incoming*

I fell in love with my ring the moment I saw it. The floral design (those delicate little leaves) instantly reminded me of my favourite quote:

“…and the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
~ Anaïs Nin

It feels like every time I’ve chosen growth over comfort, something beautiful has unfolded. Every risk, every expansion, every quiet nudge I chose to follow has brought me closer to myself...and to the woman I was always meant to find.

I never would have met her if I hadn’t trusted my intuition, and those subtle nudges (and sometimes not so subtle shoves) from the universe along the way.

I'm so grateful that we get to blossom now, together. 🩷

Love you and can't wait to marry you, @sarahhart.life! by @roxyalcorn

Making friends as an adult is weird.

So I created Connect & Flow: a candlelit interactive yoga experience designed to help people connect, move, laugh and have fun together.

This isn't your typical yoga class! We practice in pairs. We take safety, alignment and your enjoyment seriously...but ourselves? Not so much. 😜

I was delighted to lead sunset interactive yoga on the weekend at @lesbirunmelb retreat. Easily my favourite class to teach… so much laughter, connection, and an all-round beautiful group of humans. 💕

If you loved those vibes (or wish you were there), I’ve got good news! I’ll be bringing more local events to life through @connectandflowmelb very soon!

Think: yoga, creative play, and feel-good connection with amazing humans. Events will be curated to bring more joy to your life.

I’m a certified yoga teacher and experienced event facilitator, and I’ll be collaborating with some very special souls to create the kinds of safe, inclusive spaces I know so many of us are craving.

Follow @connectandflowmelb to stay in the loop on upcoming events and offers! ✨

Our hearts (and bellies) are full after a big and beautiful Christmas Day! It was our first time hosting together as a couple and so special to have Sarah's family here to celebrate with us. 💕

Merry Christmas and Happy Holigays! We wish you all a safe, fun and relaxing break with your loved ones. 🌲🎉

Last weekend, I had the absolute joy and privilege of leading these beautiful humans through a partner yoga class as part of @lesbirunmelb retreat. 🧘🏼‍♀️ We wrapped up with a yummy cuddle puddle and it was so soul nourishing to witness (Never tried one? Add it to your bucket list!).

Here's to creating more of these environments, where we can surrender in safety and support each other. I LOVE holding space for - and being a part of - this gorgeous community. 💕🏳️‍🌈

Thanks @helenshutup and @hannahdochs for making it happen! ✨

To celebrate my 40th birthday, Sarah whisked me away to the cutest tiny house in regional Victoria for the weekend: @thetinyattarcoola.

It was pure bliss: an outdoor bath under fairy lights, bubbles + charcuterie by the fire pit, and the most relaxing, yummy vibes. We rode our motorbikes through stunning countryside and stopped by @cannibalcreek winery on the way home for a little extra indulgence. 🍷🧀

It was a total nervous system reset in the best possible way. I'm so grateful for the beautiful gift, and for a partner who makes me feel so loved. 🥰

Mardi Gras with this one was ... WOW! 🌈🥳 #gay by @roxyalcorn

I'm constantly torn between wanting to do all the things and craving a wayyyyy more relaxing life! 😬🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm savouring some Sunday afternoon slowness right now and remembering how yummy it feels to slow down... 🧘🏼‍♀️☘️📚☕

When was the last time?
