September cover star @motsimabuse knows a thing or two about movement. But after decades of asking her body to perform, a warning from her doctor and the onset of perimenopause prompted her to rethink what being healthy really means.
In our new cover interview, the Strictly judge opens up about rebuilding her strength from the inside out, from starting with 10-minute walks and returning to weights, to discovering Pilates and swimming, while finding her way back to the form of movement she loves most: dance.

Motsi also gets candid about body image, the scrutiny women face when their bodies change and why, for her, this chapter has never been about becoming smaller, but becoming stronger.

Sasha is a London-based Fashion Stylist and Art Director with an enviable reputation and a twenty year career across some of the UK’s best-known fashion publications and leading commercial brands.
With a BA (Hons) in Fashion design, Sasha’s career has taken her from the cutting room to the editorial chair as Fashion Editor at Red Magazine, and senior roles at Marie Claire UK, Elle UK, and Condé Nast. 
For the past thirteen years, Sasha has worked as a freelance stylist and art director, bringing her experience to projects across womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, beauty, celebrity, editorial and commercial campaigns.
Comfortable working with both established global brands and emerging independent labels, Sasha brings creative energy and attention to detail to every project.
