Last Wednesday, I chose silence. Today, I’m choosing movement. ✨

A little yoga. A little stretching. A little scratching. A little shaking. And a whole lot of embracing my HUMP. 🍑

Because what’s the point of Hump Day if the hump can’t come outside? 😏

Fall is here. Football season is here. The fireplace is glowing, my plants are thriving, and I’m repping my 49ers from front to back. ❤️🏈

Sometimes you have to clear your mind, breathe deep, move your body, and remember that you are still allowed to feel good, feel free, and enjoy yourself—even when the world feels heavy.

So today, I’m choosing freedom over stress.
Movement over stagnation.
Peace over chaos.
And confidence over caring what anybody thinks.

I want to take a moment to give my HANDS their flowers.. ✨

Because this? I created this.

I designed and made this dress myself, from the vision in my head to the finished piece on my body. And looking at these photos, I’m genuinely proud of the woman who had the creativity, patience, and skill to bring it to life.

The black suede was about depth, elegance, and power.

The open split was intentional because, baby… I have hips, I have that peach, and I have some legs! 😂 So why would I hide them?

I wanted the back to be seen too. I love the strength and muscle in my back, so I incorporated the straps to frame it and let my body become part of the design.

Then came the green.

Green represents abundance for me. I wanted something rich and dramatic flowing through that split, so I went with the peacock-inspired feathers. And the gold? Royalty. ✨

Every detail had a meaning.

And the funny part? When I originally measured myself for this dress, I was a little smaller. By the time the shoot came around, I had to tighten up REAL QUICK so I could fit my own creation. 😂

But once I put it on?

I felt like HER.

Not because somebody designed it for me.

Not because somebody styled it for me.

But because these hands imagined it, created it, adjusted it, and brought it to life.

I am the designer.
I am the muse.
I am the woman wearing the art.

And THAT is what I’m celebrating in these photos.

NO HUMP DAY TONIGHT.

Tonight, I’m choosing remembrance over celebration.

I normally use Wednesdays to bring a little light, confidence, sensuality, and energy to your timeline. But today, my heart is somewhere else.

I’m taking a moment to honor Nolan Wells — a young Black life that should still be here, still growing, still creating memories with the people who love him.

Sometimes there simply aren’t enough words. There is only the reminder that a life mattered, a family is grieving, and a community is hurting.

My prayers are with Nolan’s family, his loved ones, and everyone carrying this loss today. May God give them strength, comfort, peace, answers, and justice.

Tonight, there will be no Hump Day celebration from me.

Just love.
Just respect.
Just remembrance.

Rest peacefully, Nolan.
You will not be forgotten.

Today, I give all glory to God.

Thank You, Father, for allowing me to see another year. 41 years of life is a blessing that words simply cannot express. Through every high, every low, every lesson, every loss, and every victory — God has kept me.

Today I’m celebrating life, growth, purpose, love, peace, health, abundance, and financial elevation. I’m praying for more than just another year — I’m stepping into a season of overflow, wealth, stability, and opportunities that align with God’s purpose for my life.

I’m grateful for everything I have, everything I’ve overcome, and everything that’s still on the way.
