Real talk — a lot of you have told me you want to invest but don't know where to start. I'm on this journey too, so I'm sharing the tips I've learned along the way.

Tip #1: Build to Scale. Before you shop for a property, think about how you'll close. At The Trye Group, we allow eligible investors to close in the name of a business entity — LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, or trust. With our financing, the loan isn't reported on your personal credit, which helps preserve your borrowing capacity and leaves more room to keep scaling. And traditional income docs aren't required.

Because the goal isn't just your first property. It's positioning for the second, third, and whatever comes next.

I almost talked myself out of posting this.
I am an introvert who does not like speaking on camera, but I feel like it’s important to show up authentically in this space.

Sometimes, we let fear, insecurities, or perfectionism get in the way of showing up. However, what you have to share may be exactly what someone else needs.
