Float Test🚣🏽‍♂️

Use a couple of strands of hair (ex. from a brush) and drop them in a cup of water. 💧
Let sit for 2-5 minutes. ⏳
If the hair sinks slowly, it’s medium porosity. If the hair floats, it’s low porosity and if the hair sinks immediately then it is high porosity. 📊

Not sure which method is best for you? 🤔

Well it depends on your hair porosity. Check out our last post for the breakdown. 🔙
 LCO is best matched with Low Porosity Hair. Using cream after liquid will help with hydration. Finish by locking in the moisture with an oil such as our Root Down Oil.

LOC is best matched with High Porosity Hair. Start with a water based leave in then seal in the moisture with an oil such as our Root Down Oil. Finish by applying a cream to moisturize ends.
