We found ourselves a lover of The Botanist Gin. Love these two 🫶🏻Tasty Margo from Tango & Cash - a must stop when in Istanbul. TeeheeHapppppy Margarita Queens 🍊Thank you to the team at Rémi for taking such good care of me during my shift & doing amazing prep work. Can’t wait to visit you again 🫶🏻🍊The one & only Finally got to see & try Mathilda’s Atelier 🤩When they ask you if you want to go to Istanbul the answer is always YES - it’s so beautiful Döner is life. My brother from another mother. G R A T I T U D EGrateful to be considered. Grateful to be considered amongst so many incredible individuals. (Who inspire me daily) Grateful to my family, friends, colleagues & peers for supporting me at my highs & lows. Grateful to represent the brands, company & incredible human beings that create said products. Grateful to every supplier who push to assist in whatever crazy request I have. Grateful to each distributor I get to work with & each person who continues to push us forward. Grateful to each bartender, waiter, bar support, beverage manager & bar manager that I have working relationships with. G R A T E F U LYou are great not because someone else said so, not because your peers deemed you as such, not because your team members come together to make amazing things happen, not because your family & friends support you, but, because, you choose to honour this industry by showing up daily (on the good days & the bad days). Mumbai was so nice I have to post about it twice…Sip slow.Pour heavy. Eat fresh. Spin Loud. Stay late. (Words to live by)Got to go to @portal.mumbai for the first time (they recently opened) & I was so excited as I hadn’t seen @thebarelementalist in months (he’s my favourite petanqué champion by the way, a story for another day) I’m incredibly proud of Vishal & the beautiful space he has poured his time, effort & spirit into - you can see it on the smiles of his team members & you can taste it in the incredible beverages & food. (DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO PORTAL WITHOUT HAVING THEIR VERSION OF AN IRISH COFFEE 🤤) Further along, we went to @slinkandbardot - a must stop in Mumbai - (I wasn’t a first time caller on this occasion, but, you best believe we enjoyed) - we were also greeted in the streets for a celebration of an upcoming wedding ceremony - what an absolute privilege to witness such a beautiful vibe. Final stop for the night was catching @the_classic_mohit for his @callmeten.delhi guest shift - he saved one of each of their concoctions just for us. ☎️What fun. This was an epic week in India all thanks to the incredible team at @monikalcobev & the incredible on-trade clientele - can’t wait to come back soon 🧡🇮🇳 by @royalyrant

@ye did that The highest attended stadium concert in history of all time. And we were there. Never in my life did I think I’d get the opportunity to see Kanye West, history making no less. Absolutely incredible experiencing the energy of 118,000 people singing & vibing in unison. WOW. 🐐Disclaimer: Watch every video with sound from start to finish. Overall there were over 30 songs played & of course I did not film the whole thing, I lived in the moment (apart from checking on Arsenal & sharing a few clips with my other die hard Kanye fans). by @royalyrant

Mumbai moments, so nice I’m going to post about it twice, stay tuned. I pray when you go to Mumbai that @himeshsingh_ 👑 @aryaansundaram12 & @shivaniii_ish are your hosts, always the best time in your care, thank you 🧡🧡🧡🧡Paparazzi at every guest shift, I’m now starting to document them documenting. W I L D. So cool to reconnect with @ji_sh_nu_aj after foraging together many moons ago in Goa & now seeing you in your bar with your team, full circle moment. Proud of you & what you’ve created 👏🏼Make sure you take a moment to enjoy the scenery not just the drinks and people. I love looking up whenever I’m in India, there’s a whole contrasted world operating in its finest beauty if you open your eyes to it. Simply some of the best hospitality I’ve ever received over at @ekaamumbai steered by @cocktailswithkaustubh & certainly the best rendition I have ever tasted of ‘Mac n cheese’ that cheese dust is something else & then to find out it was inspired by Kevin’s Christmas Eve dinner in Home Alone, pure magic.
