As we get ready to give my daughter’s current bedroom a little makeover, I thought it would be fun to take a look back at her first room. I love how we transformed this once-boxy bedroom into a warm and cozy nursery. I definitely miss this space, but I’m hoping to recreate a little of that magic in her new room! 🤍

I've shared all the details of this room and source information at the link in our bio!

The kitchen I’m still not over… 🤎

As we close on our next project, I’ve been looking back at our last home—and this kitchen will always have a special place in my heart. It’s my favorite kitchen I’ve designed to date.
The oak island + brass hardware + marble countertop combination was chef’s kiss. But what took this kitchen to the next level was the lighting.
✨ Soft off-white pendants over the island
✨ Sconces framing and highlighting the range hood
✨ And one of my absolute favorites in the entire house: the patina brass picture light
It’s amazing how much the right lighting can completely transform a space.
And now I’m wondering… can our next kitchen top this one? 👀

We’re always happy to share the details behind our designs! 🤍
Comment “SHOP” below and I’ll send you a DM with links to all the products and finishes used in this space!

We relocated the new powder room in this completely renovated 1900 Dutch Colonial. We wanted the space to honor the character and charm of the original home while creating a space with a fresh, modern feel. And wallpaper in a powder room is always a win to me ;)

This home, built in 1900, already had nice architectural lines but over time, it's charm was slowly lost. It desperately needed a new vision. We worked on rebuilding those front dormers, replacing all the windows and adding some new ones (including transoms), and swapping out the vinyl for shingles amongst many other upgrades. Now she will hopefully be a timeless beauty for generations to come!

Bar goals. This beautiful home bar was on display at a show house in Southampton, NY. I’ve seen this fun wallpaper a few times now and absolutely love it. The mixing of beach textures and colors with the leather stools works perfectly here. Also peep those golf stemmed wine glasses - how fun! ⛳️ 🍺

Cold snowy days here in New York are making me long for the summer in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. ☀️ Loved seeing the dreamy villages and all the gorgeous architecture. One of the most stunning places to visit. #italytravel #tuscany #italianvilla #montalcino #montichiello #italianarchitecture by @roycehomesny

Been a while since we shared some of our recent work! On this last project we took this tired outdated study and chopped it up into two rooms to really make the most out of the space! We have the mudroom with the bench painted in beautiful Revere Pewter by Benjamin Moore and right next door a spacious walk in pantry for storage galore!! #beforeandafterrenovation #mudroom #walkinpantry #kitchenpantry #pantry #pantryorganization #pantrygoals #mudroomdesign #interiordesign #homerenovation #fixerupper #westchesterhomes #westchesterrealestate taken in Scarsdale, New York by @roycehomesny

One of our favorite projects to date! This 100+ year old house came a longggg way. We nearly doubled the size and as a result reworked the entire floorplan. She’s a beauty! #beforeandafter #modernfarmhouse #transformation #centennialhome by @roycehomesny
