All Smiles over here 😉First Open Run training camp was fire 😤. Great opportunity to work on their game in a free environment directly after training specific moves. This is the future of training. Change of Pace and exploding out of moves are the 🔑to becoming a shifty hooper. When I learned how to push off my back foot and explode out of moves it changed my game. Here’s a drill you can do to work on doing that as well as changing your pace. Dimes are the steeziest part of the game. Anyone can get a bucket but not too many ppl can get buckets and also throw nasty dimes. Growing up I knew a player was nice if they could score and play make, that was the separator 🤞🏾 would you rather throw a fire dime or get a bucket by @roycewoolridge
