Welcome to RPI, Coach Blu!

Head Coach Erica “Blu” Blubaugh joins the Engineers from Marist University following three seasons at Williams College. We’re excited to welcome Coach Blu to the RPI family and can’t wait to see all that she brings to the Engineers!

“We are excited to elevate Erica Blubaugh as acting head coach,” said Director of Athletics, Dr. Kristie Bowers at the time of her appointment. “Erica brings a strong record of player development, recruiting, and coaching leadership, along with a commitment to supporting student-athletes academically and athletically. We are confident in her ability to build on the foundation Leslie has established and lead our women’s lacrosse program forward.”
