12 lbs of lean muscle gained 📈

Building lean muscle is hard, especially if you’re social and travel frequently like Ryan does. Everyone wants a physique like this - more muscle without the extra fat - but they’ve been trying for years and getting nowhere.

It requires consistency and dedication to a plan that is built to fit your lifestyle, not the plan the influencers and bodybuilders you follow online are doing.

Ryan was already in good shape when we started working together, strength training a couple of times a week and doing classes, but he wanted to focus on specifically adding muscle in the right areas to develop his physique.

We built out a plan that was sustainable for him to follow even when travelling for work, staying in hotels and when going on trips away.

No restriction, just hard work, accurate training and frequent and honest communication between coach and client.

Well done @rpokeefe33 let’s keep pushing 📈

Train down to Sitges was great for croquettes, sangria, floating in the Mediterranean, sweating on the beach, and that golden hour lighting! 🇪🇸☀️🌊🍷

🇳🇱🏳️‍🌈🇪🇸 World Pride, European summer & a whole lot of living. 🇪🇸🏳️‍🌈🇳🇱

Celebrating love, freedom, and being exactly who we are. 🌈
Seeing beautiful places, eating croquettes, croissants & tapas every single day, dancing until late, walking until our feet gave out, swimming in the Mediterranean, and saying yes to pretty much everything.

Deepening friendships that already mean so much, creating new ones along the way, and collecting the kind of memories that make you wish you could hit rewind.

Two cities, countless laughs, way too much food, a lot of dancing, and a whole lot of pride. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Happy 70th to my mother who taught me how to shop, tan (with sunscreen of course), whiten my teeth, highlight my hair, do laundry, fold clothes, paint, clean, do dishes, Febreze my hockey gear, cook a turkey, switch to Diet Coke during a late night out and so much more! Despite my continuous attempts to distract you when I was younger to watch me jump in the pool over and over again while you studied for nursing school, you became a nurse, had a successful career and are living life to the max in retirement with dad! Happy birthday, we love you! 🎁 🎉 🎂 by @rpokeefe33

First Coachella, not the last. The creativity, talent and beauty of the artists and attendees defines the saying ‘it’s a vibe.’

Thx @mariolee01 for the styles. You are a Coachella legend!
