Last night was wonderful. Packed house. The boys sounded better than ever. Everyone singing along. So much fun. Crazy to think I met them over 10 years ago and we collaborated to make the first official KSE beer with Alive or Just Brewing. Really filled my heart and soul to see them again. Thank you Jesse for having me out, the tequila and the love. by @rrbgpodcast

I keep telling people this might have been the best weekend of my life so far. Not many get an opportunity to not just meet but have conversations, listen to stories, gain knowledge and hang out with some of their biggest inspirations. Meeting Steve Austin has been on my bucketlist ever since I saw him vs Bret Hart at Mania XIII. While I always felt it would happen one day, never imagined it would play out the way it did. Mick Foley, Dlo, Jeff Hardy, Mark Henry, Yuji Nagata, Chavo Guerrero, Carlito...these men had such an impact on me growing up...What a life. Beyond grateful. by @rrbgpodcast

I stayed up late waiting to hear anything from anyone about your condition. When I woke up and noticed it was raining for the first time in months, I knew. I remember the first day we met, we talked for way longer than I expected and some dude threw up on your back. Thank you for the years of riffs and performances that shaped the last 20+ years of my life. I stopped counting how many times I’ve seen you live but it was over 30. I will miss sitting with you talking about music and wrestling. Hanging after shows eating and shooting on who had the softest chops. Texting each other random natural pain relieving gels and cool shirts we’d find. I remember sitting in your kitchen talking about how you wanted to become a legit pro wrestler. I was so proud of you when I saw you on my tv walking out on AEW. You were so stoked to finally get your own trading card. I feel so grateful to have lived at the same time as you. Truly one of the nicest, kindest and most generous dudes I have ever met. I hate that we’ll never get to talk again. I can't believe this. 🖤 by @rrbgpodcast

NAW or Never at the Ontario Improv was another one for the record books. I have been performing in bands and as part of groups in both comedy and wrestling for years and this crew right here is truly something special. Insane levels of talent all synced up to create something magical. Alot of people do not understand how difficult it is to find. Infinite gratitude to everyone involved from my band brothers to the boys & girls putting their bodies on the line to the talented folks that perform and the legends that grace our stage to of course the man himself @shane_hartline he never accepts when I thank him and instead directs the thank you to me but you've truly changed my life for the better and I will take this ride till the wheels fall off. NAW 4 LIFE. If you've never been to a show you truly don't know what you are missing because there is nothing else like it. Thank you @remcreate for capturing the madness. Come to the next one! taken in Ontario Improv Comedy Club by @rrbgpodcast

What an incredible honor and experience it was be in Arena Mexico during International fight week for 3 sold out events including AEW's Grand Slam and CMLL's Grand Prix. The loudest crowds I have ever experienced, the entire building vibrates with the roar of the crowd. The most amazing action I have ever witness, everyone giving their all. Seeing so many friends old and new filled my heart. A truly one of a kind experience. None of these photos or videos will ever do justice to the feeling of being there in person. Although I have put in work to get here, I am still very priviledged to be able to be involved in any capacity. Huge thank you to the big boss Salvador Lutteroth for the hospitality and of course none of this would have been possible without the man @maic18 Que viva CMLL y que viva México! by @rrbgpodcast

Took some time to explore CDMX. Here are some of the sights and flavors I experienced. Definitely won't be my last time here. Still so much to see and taste. Viva México Chingones! taken in Mexico City by @rrbgpodcast
